Happy cool thursday! :) Garden Tending, Sunflower Spirit Soaring! :) Garden greetings :)

Happy Cool Peaceful Thursday! :) We're enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) keeping cool, and hydrated :) it's a scorching hot summer day, with heat index over 100 degrees. We've been mostly indoors, we gave our plants a really good soaking with the water, filled the bird bath with cold water :) Our plants are doing very well, and lots of awesome fruits growing on our fruit trees :) it's gonna be a great fruit harvesting season in September :) We'll be baking lots of apple goodies and treats :) The macintosh apples are getting that classic red color to them :) We love our plants, fruit trees, and our garden :) We're seeing lots and lots of beautiful flowers blossoming each day, morning glory flowers, sunflowers, our snowball bush :) my mom took a picture of my dad standing next to our snowball bush, and they sent it to my dad's aunt Josie and uncle Mike in Maine :) awww! :) my dad wanted to show them, as they use too have a snowball bush when my dad was younger :) We're loving the gardening season, and all of the great memories being made throughout the season :) There's lots more adventures to look forward too :) We've been hanging out today, keeping hydrated, and we have our AC's on :) it's one of the hottest days of summer season. Holly and i tuned into some sports radio :) We're very happy and excited to watch some of the Washington football team vs Patriots preseason game tonight :) The football season is almost here :) We're very happy everyone enjoyed hearing about Tiger's story, and seeing pictures of Tiger :)awww! :) it warms our hearts, and brings us smiles :) Tiger's doing well, and has been adapting to her new home, so very well :) She feels very relaxed, and comfortable :) We're very happy she's doing great :) She brings our hearts a lot of joy :) She's a cool cat :)She was on our couch last night, while Holly and i were watching ghost hunters :) it was her first ghost hunters party : )Awww! :) Alyssa and family came over yesterday evening, they had an awesome fun adventures day at six flags amusement park :) We gave the triplets, some birthday cards, and money :) They're going to have a shopping spree adventure soon :) they're very happy and excited :) Holly took my picture standing next to our tallest sunflower :) We measured the sunflower, it's 9 feet, 7 inches tall!! :)wow!!! :) i'm making teriaki beef jerky, for my mom and Alyssa to give to Taylynn on her birthday :) i got the food dehydrator ready today :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us, and for the very special joy you all bring our hearts :) Enjoying a peaceful day, with family, friends, garden tending,sports radio, and lots of summer time spirit :) Tomorrow's baking friday! :) ice cream shop theme! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)

Golden days of Summer time :) Hi angel friends! :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, healthy, keeping cool, hydrated, and enjoying a peaceful day :) it's one of the hottest days of summer season, we have heat index of over 100 degrees here today. It's very scorching hot.We're all taking good care, keeping cool with our AC's on, fans, and also keeping hydrated :) we replenished our plants with lots of water today, filling the bird bath, making sure enough water is outside :) our plants are doing ok, we moved my mom's petunia plant in a hanging basket, onto our front steps, in shaded area, to protect the plant :) We're so thankful our plants are doing ok, and are continuing to flourish with the season :) it's a nice peaceful day, and has been a good stretch of days this week, that's helping us all get back onto a good track, and balance with our daily routines, and weekly traditions :) We're so very thankful, for all of your love, care, support, prayers, and guidance :) it means the world to us :) We're looking forward to more summer time celebrations, including Taylynn's birthday on saturday, and celebrating Alyssa's and Aj's marriage on sunday :) You all are always right there with us in spirit, during these special times :)

During the evening yesterday, Alyssa, Aj, and the kids returned from their adventures day at six flags amusement park :) they had an awesome fun time :) they brought some cupcakes :) We were in our living room, we gave the triplets, Brayden, Colby, and Jacob, some happy birthday cards, and money :) they wanted money this year, so that they could go on a shopping spree, for some games, gift cards, and toys :) The kids were so excited :) they got a total of $270 to spend, $90 each :) They're very happy, and looking forward to shopping :) They love video games, and gift cards for the games, plus lots of cool toys they love :) They're gonna have so much fun shopping :) We enjoyed some cupcakes :) the kids were sharing with us about some of the cool rides they went on, at six flags amusement park :) they had an awesome birthday, going there for an adventures day :) Lots of great memories being made :)

This morning,we had a nice new day, rising and shining :) going into the day, we knew it was gonna be one of the hottest days of summer season. We're so thankful for our AC, fans, keeping as cool and comfortable as we can :) i was up early, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, i read all of your wonderfully heart warming comments on my super wednesday journal :) Awww! :) thank you angel friends, so very much! :) We're very happy, everyone enjoyed reading about our new cat, Tiger's story, and seeing her pictures of times we've shared over the past months :) Tiger's a cool cat, and is very friendly :) She's doing so very well :) she joined Holly and i on the couch last night, and also loves her little bed we made for her ,which has a nice fleece blanket :) Tiger's been getting some nice rest, and feels very comfortable, and relaxed :) We're very happy she's doing very well, and loves her new forever home :) We look forward to sharing lots more pictures, and times shared with Tiger :) She's such a nice and friendly, sweet happy cat :) We love Tiger :)

It was a nice peaceful morning :) i began to get ready for my early morning nature walk :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my early morning nature walk :) The air felt very warm already, as it was in the 70's, the air felt a bit thick, and muggy. i put lots of goodies in our backyard, bird sanctuary area, and around our fruit trees, for our nature friends :) They love to gather goodies :) It's been very active all around our neighborhood,and yard, birds, butterflies, squirrels visiting too :) i walked over to our garden areas to check in on our plants :) it's a very exciting time in the gardening season, with lots of flowers growing, and fruits and vegetables growing :)

Our plants, fruit trees, and garden are doing very well, flourishing with the season :) We're amazed at how tall our tallest sunflower has grown :) the sunflower was facing toward the sky yesterday,during mid-day, it was such an incredible sight to see :) the sunflower is towering in the garden :) We're definitely measuring it today, to see how tall it is, it may be a new record, for tallest sunflower we've grown :) i was mentioned to Holly, about how before i had my super zoom digital camera, i use too climb a ladder to take up close pictures of the tall sunflowers :) all of our plants are growing so very well :) we have lots of string beans growing, along with yellow squash that we'll be picking soon, plus carrots, peppers, and lots more :) it's truly amazing to see, how much the plants have grown, and it's super cool how the gourds, and pumpkins plants are growing wild :)

We feel very proud of our plants, and garden, and are so excited to see everything doing great :) it's a really special time in the season :) The banana peppers are growing plentiful, and more bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, and tomatoes growing :) We'll be picking tomatoes soon, to make some fresh homemade salsa :) it was so cool, my mom and dad taking a picture yesterday, of our snowball bush :) my dad was so proud to get to send it to his aunt Josie, and uncle Mike in Maine :) We love our snowball bush, and roses, and also in our front yard, lots and lots of flowers all around :) We have cosmos blossoming, lots of marigolds, zinnia's :) it was super neat yesterday, seeing the hummingbird getting nectar, from one of our zinnia flowers :) Lots of cool nature, all around :) We love this time in the season :) our popcorn plants are doing great, we have lots of popcorn cobs growing, that we'll be harvesting in September :) Holly and i look forward to drying the popcorn cobs, and making lots of popcorn :) The season is very rewarding :) it's so nice, all of the joys of getting to garden, we love sharing our adventures :) There's lots more great gardening to look forward too :) on these very hot summer days, we love to make sure our plants are replenished, with plenty of water, and also making sure our nature friends have plenty of foods, and water too :) happy nature, and gardening season smiles :)

We've been hanging out today, keeping cool, and hydrated :) We watered our plants :) Holly took my picture next to our tallest sunflower :) We brought our tape measure outside, and measured the sunflower, it's 9 feet, 7 inches tall! :)Wow!!! :) it's amazing! :)We picked some more banana peppers :) Holly and i put some sports radio on :) we're very excited, preseason football beginning :) Washington football team vs Patriots tonight :) it's the first of 3, preseason games for all NFL teams :) Holly and i are gonna watch the game tonight,plus some youtube videos :) it'll be Tiger's first football party :) awww! :) my brother Charlie stopped by this morning :) it was nice seeing him :) he's gonna be coming over, for Taylynn's birthday party on saturday :) it's a big stretch of summer days and times for us all. We're all continuing to do well, and each day is bringing some good progress forward, i believe all of us are feeling a bit better :) i've been able to sleep better this week, overall,and also feeling more relaxed about things :) i always hope my family will always get along, and have good relationships, so that when there's gatherings, everyone will feel comfortable :) i've always got along very well, with every member of my family :) i think my heart feels very deeply, when some family members aren't getting along, my mom feels that same feeling too. We're very hopeful for continued peacefulness, and good times to share in :) Thank you angel friends, for all of your continued support :)

Golden days of summer gardening! :) Hi angel friends! :) We're taking very good care, it's scorching hot outside, with heat index over 100 here. it was about 106 degrees around 1:30pm. mega hot! we gave our plants some good soakings with the water, and are keeping cool, and hydrated :) Our plants are doing well, growing and flourishing :) Holly took my picture standing next to our tallest sunflower :) We measured the sunflower today, it's 9 feet, 7 inches tall :) it's amazing!!! :) The sunflower is reaching for the summer sky! :) we're loving the gardening season and all of the nature sights glowing all around :) i took some nice new pictures of our plants to share :) Happy nature, and garden season smiles :)
