Happy cool thursday :) a peaceful, relaxing day :) simple joys, plants, nature friends doing well :)

Happy cool thursday :) We're enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) Tending our plants early, sports radio, phone call, and looking forward to a super fun, and Patriotic, 4th of July themed baking friday adventure :) We're keeping cool, and hydrated, thru the summer heatwave. We've been having lots of iced cold drinks, tuning into our favorite sports radio :) Lots of nba basketball news, plus the excitement of counting down to the 4th of July holiday :)We love these sweet summer times, and all of the great memories being made :) Holly and i enjoyed an early nature walk, and tended our plants, giving them a nice watering :) our plants, fruit trees, and flowers are doing well :) We've been checking in on the plants during these very hot summer days. it reached nearly 100 degrees here today. We've been mostly indoors, keeping cool :) We enjoyed a phone call, and also doing some organizing :) Holly and i are planning to shop at the dollar tree on saturday, and also gonna shop at walmart next tuesday or wednesday :)We want to buy a mini table for our microwave/fridge area, and also gonna buy 2 more mini carpets at the dollar tree :) We're looking forward to adding the nice new items to our downstairs apartment :) We look forward to sharing in many more times with everyone, as the summer season continues to blossom :) Thank you angel friends, for sharing in the season with us, and for the special joy you all bring us :) We love you all bunches and bunches :) Wishing everyone continued joys of the season :) Tomorrow's baking friday :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)

Sweet summer times! :) Hi angel friends :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, healthy, and enjoying a nice day :) We think of you all often, and we love hearing from you :)We're enjoying sharing in the week with everyone, and enjoying the summer nature blossoming all around with the gardening season in full swing :) We hope everyone is keeping cool and hydrated :) it's scorching hot outside, day 2 of the heatwave. it reached nearly 100 degrees here, and heat index temperature is higher. we're taking good care, lots of iced cold drinks, and have been mostly indoors :)We're so glad, and thankful our plants, and nature friends are doing well :) We've been refilling the bird bath with cold water, and filled the hummingbird feeders :) Holly and i tended our plants early this morning, giving them a nice replenishing watering :) they're soaking up lots of summer sunshine today, and super mega growing in the garden :) We're very happy to see our plants, fruit trees, and garden flourishing :)We're loving the spirit of the gardening season :) We've been hanging out today :) We enjoyed a phone call, sports radio, and put some movies on too :) We've got a fun 4th of July themed baking friday adventure planned for tomorrow, and looking forward to celebrating the 4th of july with everyone :) Thank you angel friends, for all that you do for us :)We appreciate you all very much :) Sending our love, super big happy sunny caring friendship hugs, and our best well wishes :)

The spirit of summer season is all around, as the season continues to blossom :) it's been a nice stretch of days, enjoying lots of simple joys this week, and a really good balance with our days :) This morning, we had a sweet new day rising and shining :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) It's been very nature active, with lots of nature friends visiting :) We've been seeing more butterflies visiting our garden :) spirit of summer time :) i gathered a nice bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) our nature friends, our plants, and summer sunrise sunshine greeted me :) The sun has been shining thru the trees, we can see the sunrise from our window here in our living room :) it's been feeling like classic summer season, and lots of nature flourishing :) i put lots of goodies on the bird feeders, and in the bird sanctuary area for our nature friends :) they're enjoying the goodies :) We love taking good care of our nature friends, throughout the seasons :)

Our plants, fruit trees, and flowers are doing well, growing and flourishing :) We've been keeping the plants replenished with water :) They get lots of sunshine and super mega growing :) it's awesome and amazing to see how much the plants have grown :) We have tomatoes, and a yellow squash growing, and very soon lots snap peas, and string beans will be growing :) we look forward to harvesting goodies, it's gonna be nice making a stir fry with some peas, and string beans, we also love cucumbers, wraps, sandwiches :) We look forward to making some, and fresh homemade salsa :) We love gardening, is very rewarding :) our tiger lillies are continuing to blossom, and also lots of daisies :) the sunflowers are growing taller, and also lots of flowers growing in our front yard garden area :) We're very excited to see the flowers doing well, and will be blossoming bright, during the summer season :) Thank you angel friends, for your beautiful comments :)We're very happy everyone is enjoying our gardening adventures, and viewing puctures of our plants, fruit trees, and garden :) it brings us lots of great joy, getting to share in the season :) We're tending our plants early this morning, keeping the plants replenished, healthy, and happy as they super grow more and more into the summer season :)

It was a nice peaceful early morning :) We enjoyed our breakfast, and having some vanilla iced coffee, hot chamomile tea, and water :) Tiger girl enjoyed her breakfast and some treats :) We love our breakfast time, it's a special part of our days :) Holly and i went outside to water our plants early, and also called our friend Shirley (Squarley) :) We enjoyed a nice talk :) we put our favorite sports radio on, it's very exciting sports talk, Team USA soccer team advanced in the world cup, and also lots of nba basketball news, we were stunned by the news yesterday evening that the Celtics traded one of their best players, Jaylen Brown, it's a shocking trade. the sports radio hosts have been talking a lot about it today. we love keeping up with our favorite sports :) my mom and dad went to some stores today :) they've been doing well, and Taylynn is doing well too :) We've been doing some organizing, cleaning :) Holly and i have organized some of our clothes, our downstairs apartment is looking nicely refreshed :)We're excited to buy some more mini carpets, and also a small table soon, for our microwave/fridge area :) We're gonna shop at the dollar tree on saturday and going to walmart next tuesday or wednesday to shop :) it'll be nice browsing around the stores :)

In Loving memory of our dear angel friend, Claudia Donnelly <3 We recieved some very sad news today, that our dear friend Claudia passed away. She was a very dear friend to us over the years, we met here on DS in 2008 (ClaudiaD), and became friends :) She was a great person, a wonderful friend. i will forever fondly remember talks with Claudia and her husband Mike over the years, and sharing about nature, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and gardening :) i'll always remember when we baked some cookies and mailed them to Claudia for her birthday years ago, she was very happy and surprised :) in recent years, when Claudia called, she got a chance to talk with Holly :) She was also friends with my mom Ann, and talked on the phone too. :) i remember when Claudia,Mike, and family sent us plastic chocolate molds, from their personal collection from when they had a chocolate business, so that we could use them for baking friday :) We'll forever remember Claudia, and the friendship joy she brought us over the years with all of the love of our hearts, where friendship memories will forever blossom in a very special garden in our hearts <3 We'll miss Claudia, her spirit, love for nature, and her wonderful friendship over the years :) lots of times when i needed to talk, i knew i could always give Claudia a call :) This is a picture Claudia sent me years ago, a picture she took, of a bluejay that we have here on our wall in our nature corner area :) our hearts, thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathy and condolences go out to her husband Mike, her daughter Beth, their family and all her friends over the years <3
