Happy Cool Movies Saturday! :) We're enjoying a nice day :) keeping warm, enjoying movies, and writing :) We love the weekend's, and the special joys of our saturday popcorn movie day and night :) Today, Holly and i are having a movies marathon, and going to watch my new dvd tonight, "A christmas story" :) We're having some foods, snacks, and drinks :) Cheers! :) we woke up to a very wintery cold day. We're all keeping warm :) We're very thankful for our furnace :) it's a great day for some movies, and writings :) i've began to write a new letter :) i love my writing time :) We're sorting, organizing gifts, for our family :) i ordered a box of dunkins teas on amazon :) they're my mom's favorite :) Alyssa picked up a couple items for me at the stores, including some lottery tickets :) i'm going to put together my mom's lottery tickets Christmas wreathe, to surprise her this upcoming Christmas week :) There's lots to look forward too :) my dad's continuing with the good care, he's still in a lot of pain. he's recieving a lot of support, from us all here at home, from you all, all around the world, family friends, and co-workers, news, radio here in Connecticut, supporting him too :) it's been on the news and radio here in our state. my dad's been in contact with his lawyer (who's been his lawyer since the 1980's). he lawyer is very upset and saddened by what happened, and has been advising my dad with legal advice which is really good. my dad's got a long healing journey ahead of him, both physically, and emotionally. my dad has an appt. on monday, we are very hopeful he won't need facial surgery. i will continue to keep everyone updated. he is on the mend, and making some healing progress. it's only been about a week since the incident. We're keeping strong together, and are so thankful you all are here for us, through this current journey. We'll always be here for you all too, our dear angel friends :) it's been a very hard week with a whirlwind of emotions, but You all have helped us keep going forward each day :)You all are giving us a holiday season, it's a beautiful gift, and you all helping us to keep in good spirit :) we appreciate you all very much :) Tomorrow, we're going to watch football :) my Washington football team is in 1st place, and has a big game vs the Seahawks :) it'll be a good day for a football party :) Enjoying a nice day, with family, friends, writing, movies, and the spirit of the holiday season :) Tonight, the popcorn movie party is on!! :) woot!! :)

Big warm caring happy friendship hugs, and hot tea cheers! on this wintery cold day, a good day for some movies, writings, and enjoying the glow of Christmas lights :) Hi angel friends :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, keeping warm, and enjoying a peaceful day :) it's a good day for some hot drinks, as it's very cold outside. it was nearly 0 degrees here this morning. brrrrrr!!! it's wintery cold, and definitely winter season arriving. We have lots of snow, and ice outside here. We all had a peaceful night, and keeping warm :) we're so thankful for our furnace :) We love the weekend's, and throughout the week, had been looking forward to a fun baking friday, and a nice relaxing, peaceful weekend :) Holly and i are having a popcorn movies day, having some foods, snacks, drinks, and i also have some updates on my dad's health, and healing journey. he's feeling everyone's love, care, and support, which is very uplifting :) things are going very positive for my dad, and he's been in contact with his lawyer, which is very good steps in his healing journey, not just for physically healing, but also for emotional healing. We're standing right by his side, rallying around him, our family and family of friends :)

Thank you angel friends, so very much, for your beautifully heart warming comments :) awww! :) We're very happy and thrilled, that everyone enjoyed our Christmas themed baking friday adventure :) that warms our hearts, and brings us smiles :)We had lots of fun baking the Christmas cookies :) it was so nice, having little Carter join in on the baking friday fun :) Jenn mentioned, he likes to watch this kid named "Roman" on youtube, who makes cooking/baking videos, and he watches those videos, and he likes to take after his big brothers Hunter, and Mikey, with some baking :) awww! :) he's taking a nice liking to baking, and cooking :) as the weeks, and adventures goes on, we look forward to Carter continuing to join in on the fun :) Mikey was Carter's age, when he began to join in on the baking friday fun :) We love baking, and this very special tradition :) it's very heart warming each week, baking goodies, and all of the great memories being made :) We look forward to baking lots more goodies, as the season continues on, and blossoming into our new year's baking friday adventures :) Gingerbread cookies are one of my favorite cookies :) This evening, i'm going to make a hot cocoa, with a gingerbread cookie :) cheers! to holiday season baking :) We hope everyone is enjoying all of their favorite, holiday season baking, cooking, foods, and goodies :)

This morning, we had a peaceful new day, rising and shining :) i was up early, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and also put the coins collecting with Mike show on :) i love seeing the featured coins on there :) it's been a while since i've bought some coins, but am gonna buy 1 or 2, during the month of January :) i'm completing my America the beautiful quarters set :) it's gonna be nice, adding to my collection :) i began to get ready for my early morning nature walk :) i bundled up warmly, as it's very cold and icy out there. i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) wow! it was extremely cold outside this morning, nearly 0 degrees. i heard some birds around our area, they've been needing lots of goodies, to help them through these colder t imes of the year. i put lots of goodies in our backyard, bird sanctuary :) our nature friends are very happy, enjoying the goodies :) i wasn't outside for too long, as it's very cold. We're most likely gonna still have some snow on the ground, for Christmas holiday next week, to make it a nice white Christmas :) it makes our hearts happy knowing our nature friends are enjoying goodies, which is really nice for them to have :)

We enjoyed a nice breakfast, i made a hot tea :) cheers! :) We've been hanging out today :) We've got our Christmas lights lit, and enjoying seeing our decorations :) You all give us many moments, of joy, and peace, during the holiday's :) we're very thankful, and blessed :) my niece Alyssa is picking up some items for me :) it's very nice of her :) She picked up some gifts, and also lottery tickets, for me to make a lottery tickets Christmas wreathe,for my mom :) it's a special Christmas time tradition :) i've also been browsing online, and ordering on amazon and ebay :) Holly's been placing some orders online too :) we've been recieving items we've ordered online :) yesterday i recieved 4 gifts, i bought for Holly, and i also ordered a box of dunkins teas, for my mom :) She loves those teas, they're her favorite :) We'll be doing some gift wrapping this upcoming early week, for Christmas holiday :)
Movies Day :) Holly and i are having a movies day today : )We love putting some movies on, enjoying some foods, snacks, and drinks :) We're having popcorn, cookies, and our drinks :) We're going to watch my new dvd, "A Christmas Story" that Holly gave me :)we love our movies days and night's :) We're also looking forward to football tomorrow, lots of big games, with 3 weeks left in the regular season :) We look forward to all of the games, and seeing which teams make the playoffs :) We're planning to be mostly home, this upcoming holiday week, as it's a very different season, this year. We're going to make the most of the upcoming holiday week :)

Update on my Dad's health, condition, and healing journey. Hi angel friends, thank you all, for your wonderful, amazing, and comforting outpouring of love, care, support, and prayers, for my dad, and us all, throughout the week, that's helped uplift us, and to keep us going forward, an hour, and a day at a time. it's been a very hard and rough week to make it through, but we're doing best we can, and you all are helping us so much. i wanted to update everyone, on my dad's health, condition, and also on some legal matters, involving the incident that happened to my dad last saturday night. my dad's been doing ok, he's taking good care, getting good rest. he's in a lot of pain (his facial fractures), is causing him a lot of discomfort. his primary doctor, wouldn't see him, due to the injuries being crime related, which really shocked us, as we thought the doctor could be there for him ,it was very surprising. my dad is gonna be seeing a dr. this upcoming week, for further checking of his face, neck, and nose. we've been rallying around my dad, with a lot of love, care, and support, and from you all, our dear angel friends, all around the world.

my dad is feeling empowered, and is feeling all of the love, care, and support <3 it's been on the news and radio here, about the violent crime committed against my dad. from the mayor's office, to news reporters, that have contacted myself, and family about the incident. Theday.com newspaper, posted up an article, and also the Norwich Patch, news break, wfsb, radio, has covered the story. the norwich police are continuing to investigate the incident, including looking at cameras in the area, where the crime was committed. family friends, have been calling my dad and mom, reaching out to give support, and Alyssa has started a go-fund me page, in benefit of my dad. my mom and dad said they will donate to animal shelters here in our area, and state, especially if all goes well with my dad recieving workers comp, and any thing the lawyers can do to help with a lawsuit/personal injury. We also heard, about an anti-violence protest being planned, that will be on the street, and area, outside the resident/driveway area of where the crime was committed. my dad has been in contact with his lawyer, who has been his lawyer since the 1980's. his lawyer has talked with him, and my mom, along with his assistant. they are very disheartened and saddened by what happened, and also stunned by the lack of more being done, by the police. arrests should have been made, and charges should have been pressed, and we believe both of those things will happen. my dad is recieving legal advice from his lawyer. my dad's lawyer has said, even if my dad had run over one of the 4 guy's foot when he was backing up, or trying to get away, it was my dad who was being attacked by these guys, and my dad's rights were violated. it's just too much, any attack, is awful, and for anyone to get away with an attack, without any just by the law, is a tragedy, that could lead to more of these horrible attacks, which is why legal/law needs to do more.

my dad's lawyer is emailing him, and my mom some important information to fill out, to follow by the proceedings of worker's comp, among other legal options. my dad felt intimidated by the police, and felt like he couldn't press charges, and there's also the fact, that the cop asked my dad questions, about the crime these 4 guys committed against him,before my dad even recieved a CT scan, when my dad may have been concussed, and not able to really answer all the questions clearly. my dad was in a daze, the first 3 or 4 days after what happened, but is finally seeing, what happened to him, was very wrong, and with everyone's continued love, care, support, prayers, he's feeling empowered, that he has rights, and that it would be best, if the law was able to take care of this situation, so that these 4 guys can't do this to anyone else. a lot of workers, people here in Norwich, are outraged, and saddened, by what happened to my dad, and they are standing up for their rights too, with planning an anti-violence protest, and hoping the police here, will do more ,to protect the community. this incident, and what happened to my dad, has been very hard on us all. We're standing strong with my dad, to help him through these times, giving him strength, and hope. :) i felt it in my heart, to share this in my journal with you all, our dear angel friends, and will keep everyone updated on how my dad's doing, and also on the legal proceedings. it's been a whirlwind of emotions this week, and we've all had so many emotions, and talking with eachother, with friends, has helped so much :) we want justice for my dad, and for our community to feel safer, from that justice.
