HAPPY CANADA DAY TO ALL MY FELLOW CANADIAN FRIENDSHERE AT DAILY STRENTH.CAROL, LIVINGWELL, SCARERABBIT, JUST TO NAME A FEW,HOPE YOU HAVE ALL ENJOYED THIS BEAUTIFUL SUNNY, FOR ONCECANADA DAY.BELIEVE IT OR NOT, EVEN THIS LITTLE CANADIAN GIRLWHO HAS BEEN HOUSEBOUND FOR YEARSENJOYED THE CELEBRATION OF OUR GREAT COUNTRY.I DO THINK GETTING INVOLVED IN THE CANADIAN CELEBRATION TODAY,WILL BE A TURNING POINT IN MY LIFE.I DID ENJOY SOME SUNSHINE, THE FIRST IN YEARS.I DO THINK I DID GET A LITTLE TAN, AND I'M NOT EVEN SICK OVER IT.MY FAMILY WERE SOO HAPPY TO SEE ME OUT AND JOINNING THEM IN A NICE B.B.Q.WHICH WAS HELD AT MY OLDER SISTER.BOTH MY PARENTS WERE SOO GLAD TO FINALLY SEE ME AT A FAMILY REUNION.SINCE DOING TREATMENT YEARS AGO, I HAVE BEEN HOUSEBOUND.NEVER GO OUTSIDE, ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL SUMMERS, I WOULD RATHER BE INDOORS WITH THE AC FULL BLAST.BUT LIKE I'VE MENTIONNED EARLIER IT WAS GREAT TO FINALLY BE PART OF THE CELEBRATION AND BE WITH LOVE ONES AGAIN.HOPE ALL OF MY FELLOW AMERICAN FRIENDS, ENJOY THEIR 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION ON FRIDAY.WE CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE FIREWORKS FROM HERE, SO GOT TO GO, RICHARD SAYS HE SEES THEM NOW.GOOD NIGHTMCKENZIEONE DAY AT THE TIME

I have known a wonderful lady here at DS for over a year now, but having soo many newbies, and helping those newly diagnosed, busy busy busy, well last week, I took the time to read a few people\'s journal, people that I thought didn\'t need my support since they had been here just as long as I had, so after reading one particulars member\'s journal, ect...
I have realised a lot of things, and one of them is, I will stop living in the caccoon of mine, and start enjoying the beautiful life I have here, with my children and their family.
This person doesn\'t know how hard her life and rough patch she is now going through, has motivated me to live again.
Thank you my darling new found friend, DzDr, you are such an inspiration to me and others.
I can\'t thank you enough for waking me up, and give me the will to start
living a normal life again, outside the little world I had created for
myself here in my home.
One day at the time, I do think it\'s time that I live up to my own moto.

The Children of Abraham
To the Jews who had believed him,

How can you say that we shall be set free?\"

I have taken in a lot of knowledge from your post. One Day at a Time is the best way to go. Who knows what the future holds from day today so enjoy your life now.
