HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!

An AA birthday, just to remind me that things could and have been a lot worse. 8 years clean and sober, 5 1/2 years off nicotine, and 1 1/2 years without sugar or flour. It's so much easier. I don't know how I survived before. But for grace this could never be, it is very little thanks to me. One day at a time I trudge toward a saner way to be, one that makes more sense to me. And one day at a time I come closer to a loving relationship in/with the Universe.
