Happy birthday to my dad, and Happy super wednesday!!! :) Iced tea CHEERS!!! to my dad, on his very special day :) We're enjoying a nice wednesday :) it's a spirited day, with family, friends, special deliveries, and some wholesome nature :) lots of sweet memories being made :) We're celebrating my dad's birthday today :) we had some nice ham dinner, and birthday cake :) Thank you all, for your nice happy birthday wishes for my dad :) We had family over to visit, and also been enjoying some nature walks today too :) i watered our planters in our greenhouse :) i'm going to do some more planting tomorrow :) my dad bought a bag of potting soil for us :) We gave my dad some nice gifts :) he's very happy :) he got some great gift cards :) my mom, and i enjoyed a super fun post office adventure this morning :) i had social interaction, and public speaking :) i was in that sweet calm relaxing, peaceful, and confident spirit soaring zone :) i really rocked it!!! with my writings this week :) i wrote letters, cards, and put together 2 treasures packages to mail :) i'm very happy and excited, about the nice gifts, cards, and treasures we sent :) i'm ready for another great writing week :) i'm all stocked up on writing supplies :) i've been doing well this week, keeping active, busy, cleaning and organizing my computer room :) i want to organize my shelves in my room soon :) it'll be a great project :) i bought some more movies on amazon :) Enjoying some wholesome, special times with family, friends, and nature, that is helping me so much, each day, and bringing my heart joy :) Thank you alll, our dear angel friends, for your incredible love, care, and support :) Tonight, movie night is on :) i'm going to do some gardening tomorrow :) i'm enjoying the blossoming of spring season :)
A very special Happy birthday wish, for my dad :) Today's his birthday! :) my dad's having a nice birthday :) This afternoon, we had a celebration for him :) he got home from work shortly after 3pm :) We were all gathering around in our living room :) You all were with us in spirit :) we gave my dad his gifts :) he got some awesome cards, gift cards, money, lottery tickets, shirts, candies, and we also gave him a nice new bird feeder :) he's very happy! :) i gave my dad a happy birthday card, and a $25 walmart gift card :) he loves to shop :) Alyssa and the triplets came over today, and the triplets wanted cake! :) hehe! :) we had some nice cake, that my sister Jenn, and family got for my dad, and my sister Lisa bought a cake for my dad too :) my dad's enjoying his special day :) Thank you all, for your heart-felt happy birthday wishes :) You all are very nice, and sweet :) my dad's looking forward to putting his new bird feeder in our yard :)
SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME, SPIRIT SOARING, SPECIAL SPRING TIME DELIVERIES, POST OFFICE ADVENTURE!!! :) sending lots and lots of love, and heart-felt friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) awww! :) i'm very happy, as right now, there's 2 treasures packages, letters, and cards on their way to friends, all around the world :) i've been having a very active writing week :) i recieved a lovely new letter, from my dear ds mum (Bloss) too, that i will be replying too this week :) it feels good, to be back into a nice routine with my writings :) i love my writing time, and my focus has been getting really good, especially with keeping balanced with my days :) Spending time with family, friends, and nature :) it's brought me an amazing balance, that i appreciate very much, with all of the love of my heart :)
The joys of writing, and sending mail, are one of my favorite blessings :) i love blossoming into lots of fun festivities :) whether it's nature walks, gardening, or putting on my awesome fan here in my window, and feeling the fresh crisp spring air, and writing with all of my heart, here in my writing area :) it's been a good stretch of days, and i'm making healing progress each day, and feeling so much more relaxed, at peace, and focused too :) Everyone has been helping me so much :) some great deep talks with my mom, friends, i'm feeling the love, spirit, and positive energy :) i'm very blessed, and thankful :) it was so nice, having a spontaneous shopping experience yesterday at the dollar store :) i bought some gifts, to add to a goodies/treasures package to mail to our dear friend Stephanie (Coolgal) for her upcoming birthday :) i also put together another treasures package, and i had such a nice writing week :) Spirit writing :)
i love my writing area, all set up and decorated, stocked up with lots of nice writing supplies :) it's a peaceful and joyful sanctuary for me :) i'm very happy, everyone enjoyed my new pictures, of my writing area, and garden/nature video i made yesterday :) i've been enjoying getting more and more into some gardening, and writing time :) This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) my dad's birthday :) he went into work early, but we knew, it was gonna be so nice to have him home later, for a nice birthday celebration :) i enjoyed a nice nature walk this morning, putting lots of goodies all around our yard, for our nature animal friends, and checking in on our plants :) it's so nice, to see the plants growing, and flourishing :)Each day now, i'm on sprouts watch, in our garden greenhouse :) it's so nice :)
i love being amongst the nature, and it helps to bring me a nice peaceful balance :) family, friends, nature, i'm very blessed :) it was a nice relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i enjoyed some ncie time here on ds, writing to friends :) my sister Lisa and niece Alyssa went over to dunkin donuts, and mcdonalds :) they picked up a nice peach iced tea for me :) i've been using my gift cards, and i earn points for the dunkin donuts perks club, and i earned a free drink now, at dunkin donuts :) cool! :) i felt relaxed, in tune with the day, i feel spirited, and also focused this morning :) i had a good night's rest, after having a movie night :) i've been watching some inspirational movies, and some comedy movies, that i love, from the late 1990's and early 2000's :) those comedies bring back lots of memories for me :) i feel like, this whole new chapter, and journey has began in my life, and i'm feeling more and more confident about things. :) You all are helping me a lot, boosting my self esteem, encouraging me, and giving me strength, and hope each and every day :) i'm with you angel friends :) always here for you :)
It was still early morning, and we were all set, and ready to begin our journey to the post office :) i love focusing in, on family and friend smsiling when they recieve their mail :) That's a pure wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart :) We began our super fun adventure :) You all are always right there with us in spirit, our sweet dear wonderful guardian angel friends :) it was a bit cloudy this morning with a few rain drizzles, but the spring nature still shines :) we love our car rides to the post office :) my mom, Lisa, and i were enjoying a nice talk, as we drove past malerba's farm, golf course, and peaceful pond :) the malerba's farm is fully open now, for spring time, gardening season :) my dad and i look forward to going there, and walking amongst the greenhouses, buying some plants :) it's gonna be so nice :) i love seeing all of the plants they have out :)
The spring time nature, really is incredible right now :) seeing dandylions, lots of flowers, and also the peaceful pond, trees growing new leaves :) it's such a natural force of nature, the blossoming of a season :) it's really peaceful, and beautiful :) on the way home from the post office, we would get to see the ducks swimming :) we were approaching closer to the post office, and the trees there, are growing new leaves too :) i remember last autumn season, when those trees changed colors beautifully :) We arrived at the post office, and parked our car :) it was a bit busy at the post office, but i felt focused, and relaxed :) we lined up :) They opened up a 2nd checkout, the worker called us up, and said good morning :) We wished her a good morning :) social interaction! :) There were other costomers coming in, but i felt good, relaxed, confident, and focused :)
i said to the worker, "we have some packages, and cards to mail" :) social interaction, and public speaking :) i was doing so well :) the worker weighed the packages, and asked shipping questions :)i felt comfortable in the experience, and felt like it was really natural :) my mom got a phone call from my dad, she went out into the hallway/mailing area. i was doing ok, even though my mom went out, i still had that good positive energy flowing, very confident inside the post office today :) i said to the worker, can i please have 2 International Stamps, and 1 US stamp please :) social interaction! :) i was very proud of myself, for doing so well :) i wish you all could see me there in the post office :) you all have helped me make it this far into my therapy :) i'm very blessed :) i've been thinking about how i want to continue to do well, and making continued progress, with my social interaction, and public speaking :) the worker gave me the stamps, and i thanked her :) i gave her the money for the total, and she gave me the change, and reciept :) i thanked the worker, and we wished eachother a nice day :) i walked over to the mailing area to meet up with my mom, and put stamps on the cards/envelopes :) i then held the cards together, and put them into the mailing box :) very special deliveries! :) i love those awesome moments :)

We're enjoying a great day! :) Celebrating my dad's birthday :) my family and i are doing well :) it was so nice, having family over to visit today, having some food, cake, and enjoying the spirit of the day :) i've been checking in on the nature, our plants, and looking forward to gardening tomorrow :) my dad bought a bag of potting soil for us :) i'll be doing some planting in our greenhouse tomorrow :) i look forward to sharing about the gardening adventure :) today for lunch, i enjoyed 2 baked salsa tortilla wraps, and some cabbage soup :) i've been being good to myself :) the past 5 weeks, with lots of changes in my days and life,i've been studying articles, online, about how to continue to progress with healing from a breakup. i'm really doing good, and some of the steps toward healing, i've already taken some good positive steps :) some days are easier than others, but as long as i keep strong, and take good care, i'll continue to heal :) tonight, i'm going to treat myself to a movie night :) wednesday night's, are my movie night now :) i ordered some more movies too, on amazon :) i look forward to the movies arriving :) i'm keeping surrounded with lots of positive energy in my days, and in my life :) it's very comforting, and uplifting :) Thank you angel friends, for all that you do, for my family and i :) You all are helping me each day, to embrace change, to adapt to my new days now :) it's a big comfort to me, knowing you all are here :) BIG GROUP WARM FRIENDSHIP HUG :) We appreciate you all, with all of the love of our hearts :) There's many more great things, and great times to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :)

SPRING NATURE BLOSSOMING :) i enjoyed some nice nature walks in our yard, and gardens today, and i also tended our planters, in our garden greenhouse :) it's amazing, how much the nature is growing, and blossoming all around :) i'm going to some gardening tomorrow, planting more seeds in our garden greenhouse :) my garden spirit is flowing :) i feel the amazing nature energy, and it's helping me a lot each day :) i took some new pictures today, to share with everyone :) greetings, from our yard and garden :)
