it was actually yesterday.  birthdays like this are more like a car wreck.  being old sucks.   i put happy because i'm alive and it could be otherwise. 
 
the day was spent was getting blood work done and going to the doctor and the home store to look at doors.  lol.  i also slipped in the bathtub but luckily it was FULL of water, and that seems to have tempered the fall.  i have a bruise on my left knee and hopefully that is all there is.  
 
the doctor put me back on statins and insists its either statins or a stroke.  or a heart attack and heart attacks happen in pairs.  (didn't know that).  so back on lovastatin and still on the same heart meds, even though my blood pressure was 140 over 90 which i know is bad.  (but we went out to lunch yesterday so hopefully that was why -- i was also five pounds heavier than i normally am, hope it was from the big lunch).  
 
the crazy foreign girl is still waking up the neighborhood every single night at 3 a.m. so as soon as i'm feeling better, that is going to have to be handled.  don't know which house she is from.   she was supposed to return to her country this passed sunday and obviously she didn't.  also she was found tresspassing on other people's property so in addition to harrassment that is also criminal tresspass.  she is a fool to stay here.   she announces that her employer wants her to stay so even though the pay is less than $15 an hour in Seattle and less than $35 per hour they are paying in north and south dakota, she is here anyway.  is she nuts?  if i were a foreigner i would be headed for south dakota - that window of opportunity won't always be there.  some people are making $55 per hour there.  so work there two years, make $200,000 and put it in the bank and basically retire after that.  buy for cash somewhere cheap and relax.  we are telling the boys to do the same and they ARE american and not troublemakers.  she tells the girl she walks with that the concerned group for animals that break into homes (stealing jewelry and cash, that is why they head straight for a person's refridgerator and freezer looking for those fake frozens that people store jewelry in (mine are in a safe deposit box anyway - only small stuff is here and some up north) and they are guilty of fraud saying they are the owner of the house (they have done this at SEVEN houses that i know of, br's, br's neighbor, steve's, our beach house on poincetta, the house by the university, jc's mothers house and lastly this house.  all of us know the owner's personally on on the university house and the house on poinsettia, the owner is super tall and the woman lying about who she is,  is short -- on poinsettia the owner at the time was of color, and its like, have you switched races?   at our beach house on poincettia we caught the short woman AND her husband inside our livingroom with the door closed and same as every time, inside the freezer and refrigerator.  also lying saying they are someone's mother or the owner, when they are neither one.   what they ARE are criminals.    what i'd like to know more than anything is where are the records.  we have allll called the police and its all different towns, but the same county?  never put it all together until talking to jc's father.   we started charting it and sketching who she is and then someone had surveillance film.   providing false information to police officers when you call the cops on her;  the tresspass INTO our properties on the beach was the woman from the humane society office two times.   our neighbor behind us said she was trying to get into our downstairs.  we found people from the humane society INSIDE our livingroom at our present beach house five years ago, another one attacked a when she was at this house INSIDE the livingroom.  
 
they also reported a very tall man matching r's description doing the same, illegal entry and trying the downstairs doors.   people in the apartment building next door turned him and a few old women in claiming they were using binoculars trying to see into the houses...and no this isn't hollywood, california and no one is on tv right now - that kind of shit is illegal no matter what.  its DISGUSTING and depraved.  peeping tom, which is what that is, is a six year felony just like stalking.   my other neighbor by the university REPEATEDLY caught THREE of the women, complete with a car tag and the car, a white corolla at that time in 2004, breaking into our yard and the back of the house at the time we were painting.  wtf.  and the longer they get away with it, the more they will do it.  that is what it is with criminals.  it escalates.  
 
the foreigner making all the noise every night claims the concerned animal people who "hired" her to harrass people (because no one else in our little area would do that, uh duh, no normal person would)  won't give her the $500 they promised her for harrassing over here, but offered her any fixed cat or dog that she wants.  her friend says to her, you can get the same deal free dog or cat at certain times right at the humane society.  
sad and pathetic.  
 
hopefully i will feel better soon.  we have ice cream cake, but didn't eat it.  also a lot of drama with k's neighbors/community watch because of tyler.  amazing what goes on there whenever tyler is around and the energy k has dealing with it.   he's pissed enough this time though that it should end.  tyler is another one who should move to the dakotas even for a few months and make a bunch of money and then relax.  $50,000 in six months is excellent, especially for someone in their 20's, and the dakota job thing won't exist forever.
