It's a wonderful day to remember :) This morning, we all gathered around, to wish Kayla a happy birthday, and i shared with her, all of your lovely happy birthday wishes :) Kayla says, "thanks everyone! come on over for a pool party!" :) awww! :) these are such very special times, that we love, cherish, and treasure. :) Kayla and Taylynn invited over, their friends from across the street, who have 4 children who are great friends with Kayla and Taylynn, and also, their friends Dana, and Emily came over too. :) this is so sweet! :) The kids began to arrive over to our house around 12pm. :) They were all set, and ready for the birthday pool party! :) my mom, dad, Lisa, Alyssa, and i were putting finishing touches on the preparations for the birthday party. :)
my mom loves to decorate our birthday tables. :) She set up, and decorated Kayla's table, and my sister Lisa put some birthday balloons next to our mailbox/front door. :) my niece Alyssa made some nice summer salads, macaroni salad. :) we put in a nice order to the big y supermarket, for a nice cake, and we also ordered some nice domino's pizza for around 2pm. :) my dad went over to walmart, he bought lots and lots of nice bags of ice, and some coolers, to put our drinks in, as it's a very classic summer hot day, in the mid 90's today. :) Lots of spirit in the air, as the kids were all gathered out back. :) We got the waterslide all set up. :) The kids were going from the pool, to the waterslide, back and forth! :) hehe! :) they were having so much fun! :) the kids were changing, IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY! IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY!" and Kayla was smiling and smiling! :) awww! :)
We were all gathered around the picnic tables. :) this was awesome!!! :) our neighbor from across the street, the kid's mom, came over to visit. :) my mom and her were talking. :) i know that women's brother, i went to school with her brother! :) my sister Lisa, and niece Alyssa drove over to domino's pizza to pick up the pizza, my sister Jenn, little Michael, Mike, and their friend Zinny came over, and my brother Charlie and his girlfriend Barbara came over. :) We had 4 tables set up. :) one of the tables, we put lots and lots of pizza on, and also the 2 coolers were between the tables. :) We were all ready for the birthday party lunch! :) We all began to dig in! :) This was great! :)
We had, lots and lots of yummy pizza. :) the kids went into a birthday chant again! :) IT's YOUR BIRTHDAY!!! :) awww! :) They were eating, then jumping back into the pool, waterslide! :) we enjoyed the nice lunch, iced cold drinks. :) Yum! :) my dad was sitting on our swing set chairs, and my brother Charlie and Barbara were sitting over by the bird sanctuary. :) we got ready to give Kayla her birthday gifts. :) The kids all gathered around Kayla, and she began to open up her gifts. :) awww! :) She was so happy! :) She recieved, about 10 movies, cards, money, a brand new portable dvd player, lots of "one direction" shirts, notepads, books, a board game, she loves One Direction music group band. :) She was smiling! :) Taylynn was helping her open her gifts. :) She was giving her gifts to open. :) Kayla was so surprised when she got the Full House dvd set, she was ready to open it up! :) hehe! :)i also gave Kayla, a card, dolphins decorative, and a bag of sunflower seeds. :) She got lots of nice treats. :) the kids were all watching on as she opened up her gifts. :) This was so nice! :)
All of the kids, got party gift bags! :) The bags were loaded with lots of candies, toys, all kinds of goodies. :) Little Michael was running around, he had one of those birthday horns, he was getting the horn blowing! :) he was running, and smiling, he went on the waterslide a couple times. :) awww! :) This was great! :) my mom and Lisa put together the party bags for the kids. :) they love all of the nice treasures in the party bags. :) pretzels, snacks, cheese crackers. :) We got ready for BIRTHDAY CAKE! :) my sister Jenn lit the candles, we all gathered around Kayla, and sang happy birthday to her! :) awww! :)Kayla blew out all of the candles, she made a wish! :) we brought some ice cream out, and we all enjoyed some delicious cake and ice cream. :) The kids got the rest of the ice cream, they were so happy! :) this is such a sweet day, and lots and lots of very special memories being made. :) We love celebrating these joyful times with you and your family's :)
This morning, we went over to mcdonalds to get some treats. :) Kayla and i won free food items, on the monopoly game at mcdonalds. :) Sweet!!! :) we had fun getting treats this morning, and having so much fun today, celebrating Kayla's birthday, and tomorrow, we're gonna be having a celebration for Lisa's birthday. :) We decided to wait until tomorrow, for Lisa's birthday, as it's been a few years, since we've celebrated her birthday on her actual birthday, July 17th. :) we're gonna give Lisa her birthday gifts tomorrow. : )Kayla got many nice gifts today, that she'll be enjoying for a long time, and we look forward to giving Lisa her birthday gifts. :) We're gonna go to the post office tomorrow morning. :) we're also gonna be going to see my grandma, she has some birthday gifts for my sister Lisa. :) There's many more wonderfully joyful times like today, to look forward too. :) Thank you all so very much, for celebrating with us. :) BIG GROUP BIRTHDAY HUGS :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great day. :)

Kayla and Lisa\'s cake is so beautiful!!! Wherever you all get your cakes, they do a FABULOUS JOB!!! Of course, the Friday Bakers do as well, but I love the fancy icing!!! Oh, and I my day, I could \"clean up\" a cake after cutting to make sure it was cut perfectly... (yeah, Cj, that was my excuse to snack on the cutoffs... LOL) Lots of fun to add to your productive summer...
HOT HOT HOT on the farm today... Ran to town early for salad and bananas, neither of which can I keep in my house... I really need to get more lettuce planted which I\'ll try to do tomorrow... I also need to attend to the Brussels sprout plants--Guy thought they were all broccoli but I spied sprouts I think as a few plants haven\'t given me broccoli. Since I do the harvesting, Guy does not know... 96 tomorrow so I\'m setting my alarm for sunrise and hitting the garden hard in the morning! So many things to do and I best get \'er done!
