The BIRTHDAY PARTY CELEBRATIONS ARE ON!!! :)awww! :) This morning, we were wishing Kayla a happy birthday :) Lisa's birthday is officially tomorrow, but we usually combine both Kayla's and Lisa's birthday's together :) it's Kayla's 13th birthday today! :) wow! : )13 already! :) i remember when i first joined DS, and Kayla was only 6 years old, and here she is now, 13 years old, and she's growing very tall! :) awww! :) She got some amazing, and SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME birthday gifts! :) She got a NEW LAPTOP COMPUTER, DIGITAL CAMERA, MONEY, CARDS, CLOTHES, GIFT CARDS, CANDY AND TREATS! :) PLUS, BEEF JERKY!!! :) oh my! :) she sure was very happy, and xcited, when she recieved all of her gifts, and saw the beef jerky! :) 13 bags of beef jerky, for 13th birthday! :) awww! :)
This day is rocking, and sweet summer spirited rolling! :) Kayla's and Taylynn's friends came over early today, from across the street :) we got our backyard all set, and ready, with the pool, and the HUGE waterslide going :) Jenn and Mikey came over early :) Jenn and Alyssa, had HUGE baking days yesterday! :) Today's birthday theme is, LUAU PARTY! :) Jenn and Alyssa both baked, Luau beach themed cakes, and cupcakes :) WOW! WOW! WOW! :) They did an amazing job, baking the cakes, and cupcakes, and put lots and lots of love, and spirit into baking the cakes :) Lisa and my mom, and Alyssa went over to the stores to pick up a few items, for the birthday party :) Lots of excitement, and spirit in the air :) my dad and i were hanging out in the backyard, checking in on the plants :) Jenn and Alyssa went to go pick up some ice, for a huge ice/cooler, for all of our drinks :) This was awesome! :)
Lisa, Alyssa, and Jenn, decorated the backyard, BBQ area, with a LuAu theme! :) it looked so cool, streamers, balloons, and my mom set up Kayla's birthday table, with all of her gifts, tableclothes :) We were all gearing up, for the birthday party :) The kids all went on the waterslide :) little Mikey was flying down!!! the waterslide, smiling and smiling! :) he was climbing right up to the top of the slide, and having a good ole time! :) awww! :)i was sharing your lovely happy birthday wishes, with Kayla and Lisa :) they send very special thanks :) my dad and sister Jenn, fired up the BBQ grill :) We had lots and lots of food to cook :) We cooked BBQ, teriaki chicken, hotdogs, we also had lots of nice macaroni salad, and my mom and Lisa ordered some pizza's, from the Big y supermarket :) We were getting so hungry! :) Jenn cooked the BBQ foods :) The kids were going from the waterslide, to the pool :)
Kayla opened up her birthday gifts, she loves all of her very special gifts she recieved :) She has a new laptop computer, plus her new canon digital camera, clothes, money, gift cards, treats, and candies :) she got lots of nice cards :) She was smiling lots, as all of the kids were gathered around, watching her open her presents :) i was taking lots of pictures to share with everyone :) The foods were all set, and ready, we began to dish up :) oh my! :) What an amazing variety of foods we had! : )all kinds of yummy foods, i had a grilled hotdog, pizza, chicken, and macaroni salad :) mmm mmm! :) we also had iced cold drinks, the kids had juices too :) we were enjoying the meal :) the weather held up for us, it didn't rain, we're so glad, and thankful :) shortly after we finished eating, the kids went back into the waterslide :) Taylynn and Mikey were flying down the waterslide! :) hehe! :) lots of great fun, and smiles being shared :)
We brought out the cakes, and cupcakes, and put a 1 and 3, candles, on the cakes :) we lit the candles, and sang happy birthday to Kayla :) She made a wish, and also sliced the cakes, making more wishes :) We were having such a fun time, you all were with us in spirit :) The cakes, and cupcakes, are delicious! :) oh my! :) we all were stuffed, after having cake, and cupcakes :) We continued to hang out, outside in our backyard, my brother Charlie and Barbara came over :) We had lots of foods outside on the tables, and everyone is able to dig in, enjoying foods, cakes :) we put the macaroni salad in the cooler :) it's really nice day, and Kayla is so happy, she is thrilled, about all of the awesome gifts she has recieved for her birthday :) She's smiling lots today, and tomorrow, Lisa's birthday, visiting with my grandma tomorrow, there's so much more to look forward too :) my mom and Lisa put together awesome birthday party bags, for everyone! :) This is so nice, and sweet of them! :)
