It's a really nice, and sweet wholesome day :) You all have been with us in spirit today, as we celebrating my grandma's birthday :) We've been enjoying gearing up for her birthday, shopping for some very special gifts for her :) my mom also has been ordering some nice movies on dvd, for my grandma :) She loves the classic movies, and has movie nights every day :) We've been looking forward to this very special day, and time, celebrating :) Around mid-morning today, we were gearing up to make our journey to grandma's house :) She loves when we visit :) i took all of your lovely happy birthday wishes with my grandma, with us, to share those lovely wishes with her :) shortly after 10am, we were all set, and ready :) We took our minivan, and first drove over to Big Y supermarket :)
We had the minivan heater on, as it's a very blusterly cold and windy day, with some light snow in our area. Kayla stayed home from school today, and came with us to Grandma's celebration :) my mom and niece Alyssa went into Big Y Supermarket, to pick up my grandma's birthday cake that we ordered for her :)Big Y makes amazing cakes :) once we picked up the cake, we then began to drive along the highway, to Grandma's house :) We were enjoying a nice talk :) my mom loves to call my grandma just as we are getting ready to arrive, to let her know we're coming soon :) We arrived at my grandma's house, she was so happy to see us :)
my grandma welcomed us into her home, with a smile :) i said, "Happy birthday Grandma",and i also said, "all of our friends says, happy birthday" :) awww! :) She smiled! :) She loves to give us each a nice hug, and a kiss on our cheeks! :) my grandma welcomed us into her kitchen :) She has a beautiful new tableclothe, with butterfly's on it :) We put Grandma's cake on the cable, with all of her presents :) i said to my grandma, "i baked these nice brownies for you" :) She is very happy! :) She loves brownies :) we were all gathered around, enjoying a nice visit :) my grandma began to open her birthday gifts :) She recieved many wonderful gifts :)
My grandma was smiling lots, and we all were smiling lots too! :) We gave my grandma, her birthday cake, a lovely bouquet of roses, we also gave her, a new nightgown, she recieved some money in her birthday cards, plus a nice lottery ticket, daily number for a whole week! :) She loves the daily number. :) We also gave her, 6 of the nice movies she wanted :) my grandma loves movies, she watches the classics, each night, she has an amazing collection of movies, VHS, and DVDS :) She gets lots of enjoyment from the movies :) She was smiling lots, as she opened up all of her gifts :) She loves the nice rose light decorative, heart shaped vase, nice coffee cup, and card i gave her :) i put some birthday confetti into the card :) i also gave my grandma 2 nice shamrock decoratives for her table/fridge :) She is very happy and excited :)
It was so nice watching my grandma open her birthday presents :) She gave us, some St. Patrick's day cookies, she also had 2 gift bags, 1 for my sister Jenn, and 1 for me, for my birthday :) Awww! :) it's a nice sports themed gift bag :) i told my grandma i look forward to opening it on my birthday, on March 22nd :) it's very nice and sweet of my grandma :) i thanked her, and told her i look forward to calling her on my birthday :) we continued to enjoy a wonderful time visiting :) We were talking about march, and how spring is coming soon :) my grandma loves her nice spring themed bag i gave her, that has a nice flowers design on it :) We also gave my grandma some treats today, including crackers, peanut butter, and jelly :) my grandma loves to shop, and mentioned that she wants to buy some new sneakers, with some of her birthday money :) my grandma loves going to walmart :)
We love, cherish, and treasure these very special times, and celebrating them with you and your family's :) We stayed at grandma's house for a while :) She was so happy we came to visit, and celebrating her birthday :) She mentioned that she's going to have a nice movie night tonight, i think she said she'll be watching about 2 movies tonight : )She and my mom talk each night on the phone too, it's a very special tradition :) my grandma gave us each a nice hug, before we began to make our journey home :) We told my grandma we'll be visiting w ith her again very soon :) We're so happy, and delighted we can help make my grandma's birthday very special :) many great memories made, to always cherish, and treasure :)
We're enjoying the day :) on the way home from my grandma's, my dad drove us by the dentist office, where my mom and dad go to the dentist :) it helped me a bit, to see the dentist office :) Dr. McKay's dentist office, is attached to his home, down by the post office, and he has an office there, where he does dental work :) it helped to see the dentist office/home, and i know in the upcoming 3 to 4 weeks, i'll be seeing the dentist, and getting my tooth fixed :) today i'm feeling better about things, and more positive about things, including my healthy eating/weight loss goal :) i'm gonna keep dedicated, and determined with my goals, and will keep everyone updated :)
Today i've been going slow pace with things, it helps me a lot :) i'm in great spirits too :) Today for lunch, i enjoyed a fresh crisp salad with mixed vegetables, and also had 2 salsa tortilla wraps :) Tomorrow, Kayla, Taylynn, Mikey, and i are going to bake shamrock sugar cookies tomorrow, for our annual St. Patrick's day themed baking friday adventure :) We sure do love our adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) i'll take some nice pictures to share :) Tonight, i'm going to treat myself to a nice dvd night :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) Your kindness, and generousity warms our hearts, and touches our hearts in many wonderful ways :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts :) BIG GROUP COZY WARM FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too :)

Good to hear you\'re back to pacing yourself and going slower with things, getting back into the peaceful zone.
That\'s a good idea, too, to go past the dentist office - is it possible over the next three weeks that your mom can take you in to the reception area to have a look around, and into the dentist office to get you used to what it all looks like, what the \'vibe\' is, and to get comfortable? I\'m sure the receptionist won\'t mind. I know it seems daunting now, but if you can get things fixed now, it will save you so many more trips and discomfort in the future. I know you\'ve got this. You can do it!! You have loads of \'tools\' for these situations now, and we\'ll all be with you in spirit! I often think of trips to the dentist as an opportunity for someone *else* to be looking after *me* for a change, someone else can help fix me up and make me feel better. I like to sit back, relax as much as I can, and know that I\'m in the hands of an excellent professional.
