HAPPY BIRTHDAY 2015!!!//put butter IN YOUR COFFEE? kerry gold butter
HAPPY BIRTHDAY 2015
The best coffee for you is coffee with GRASS FED butter in it? kerry gold is grass fed.
Cows are usually soy or corn fed. It is super-cheap and filling, but you would all agree that cows should not eat that. What is worse, they cannot even digest this food properly, and their milk creates fats you do not want in your body.
Grass-fed cows give the best milk and beef, and the butter is just as good. We give you five reasons to start adding grass-fed butter to your coffee, or just use it as you prefer:
1. Grass-fed butter is the only kind that contains right fats that regulate cholesterol, and not increase it. It has the best ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, known to reduce body fat and it is a great source of vitamin K. These facts make it great in reducing heart diseases, as shown by many studies.
2. Grass-fed butter give healthy fat to the brain and body, providing proper creation of cell walls, or membranes, and hormones. Butyrate is a short-chain fatty acid, and once it was thought to be bad for human health, but today it is associated with the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases, increased energy expenditure. It is anti-inflammatory, and prevents heart diseases.
3. Consume it every morning and give your body the routine to burn fat all day. CLA, or conjugated linoleic acid, contained in grass-fed butter reduces body fat mass, especially in individuals struggling with obesity.
4. “Bulletproof” coffee provides energy and increases cognitive functions. You can literally feel when it kicks in and enjoy the effect for six hours, without any crush. When combined with healthy fats from coconut oil, the drink will produce ketones, created when the body produces energy from fat, not from carbohydrates.
5. Add two tablespoons of butter to your coffee and replace a breakfast meal altogether. This is a quick alternative for every people on the go. It will give you essential fats and calories, providing a higher performance blend when compared to carbohydrate source like oatmeal.
When adding butter to your coffee you get the most delicious creamy drink that energizes your body, and you can actually feel its effect. Do not stop here.
If you decide to add the best butter to your coffee, why not get the best of everything. According to Dave Asprey, the bio-hacker and entrepreneur who formulated this popular blend, the good quality of your coffee sure makes a noticeable difference, and by adding MCT oil you will absolutely boost your brain’s focus every morning.
If you are not satisfied with the effect coffee gives you, this is the recipe you need. Check the video below and Trainer Kim’s great blog post on it.

finally found ubu. he hasn\'t come home in 3 months. he adopted people across the road. they are feeding the same brand i do. very odd to see that. ubu is 11. i want him to be happy. but after age 7 they lose status if they are amongst others and want peace. the people are nice, but i was really surprised.
happy new year! glad ubu is back too for 2015!
Happy New Year 38lbs! So ubu is alive and kicking good for him!
thanks. i\'m glad he is okay too. just surprised. i never realized the animals pick on the older animals until i had roxanne and my neighbor pointed it out. we use feeders so there should always be extra food, but i also noticed one of them pushing ubu off, same as ubu used to do to some of the new ones. (he never did this at the other house, probably because there were sooooo many people who feed on that street? don\'t really know cat psychology, just guessing. but glad he is okay.
the butter in the coffee also REGULATES CHOLESTEROL.
that\'s interesting about butter in the coffee regulating cholesterol... I\'m all for both... love them lots, but think I\'ll just put the butter on my bagel and dunk it in the coffee NY style :)
how the heck are you?
i think the same heather. i tried the butter in the coffee and it tastes GREASY to me. the second day i still felt the grease on my teeth and throat, or so it seemed. will stop by your journal and see what is up.
