HAPPY B-DAY STEVEN, very sorry kids//talked to s, e, r, a, j//legs hurting as i missed 2 glucosamin

sleepy weather today.  had a LOT of trouble dragging myself out of bed and getting up.  went to arby's with a and to the buffet with j.  ate way too much.  promised myself no cut roses this year (though i LOVE roses), just rose bushes from now on, but still haven't gone over to look at them.  also want to switch out one of my diamond rings for a different style, but that has been an ongoing debate for at least five years.  haven't been wearing them at all this year.  also noticed i barely get my nails done nowadays, i used to get them done weekly or at least polished.  when did that stop?  i have no clue at all.  lol.  sometimes they are awful looking.  what a shock.  back when i worked in nyc, i used to get tips and wraps and they always looked fabulous and stayed like that for about 3 weeks, except for polish changes.  that was a big thing in nyc, like pedicures are in south florida, its something everyone does and for obvious reasons, its 90 degrees in south florida ten months of the year, people see your feet.  in nyc, it just is (or was).  no idea why actually.  maybe because a manicure is a stress reliever.
if you realllly go back people had dragon nails, but by 88/89 it was also a way to see who the frauds were.  you can't type fast with dragon nails, so if they claim they are pros at office work and they have dragon nails.  i don't think so.  "you tell on yourself"  kind of thing.  that's a poem.  kind of like thieves hang out with other thieves.  "you tell on yourself by the friends you keep".  and what about the assholes who go around saying they know you, and you don't know them at all.  totally hate that.  and you sit there going, WHO.  who?  i don't know that person.  stalkers do that as well.  like they have a right to be there when they are caught.  who?  who are you.  most of those are crazy though.  seriously crazy.
have been super sleepy lately.  partly from getting no sleep one night when i had coffee at 1 a.m.  bad idea so you end up with "sleep debt" and partly from the weather i guess.  the animals are acting as sleepy as i feel and they aren't normally like that.  i'm actually dragging myself to get up.  wth?  i also missed two glucosamine combo pills i take ONE night.  ONE.  and i said to myself, you will regret it and then i said, nah, its just one night of missed pills.  but vitamins are cumulative.  it matters.  so still in pain just from that.  grrrr.    i'm still baby-gate hunting.  no luck so far.  and the smaller dog is still heading to the right if i don't watch her even for one minute.  its actually pissing me off.  went to one of the garage sales.  the woman sold her thrift store and is having a daily garage sale until everything is gone.  after the stuff in her garage and everything already in her driveway she has a utility trailer FULL from the store.  she's selling most things for 50 cents.  she says she enjoys it.  i would HATE it.  i hate strangers being at my house, even just outside the house.  every time i move i just DONATE stuff to charity and move on.
w fixed the stairs.  braced them.  they do feel stronger.  he still has to screw in where the trellis thing is.  the notice that we usually get monthly is missing and supposedly the foreign girl was on our front walk way.  she's done all this before - coming onto our property and onto the property behind us.  she doesn't know its a felony to steal mail?    "Individuals found guilty of mail theft will be fined $2,000 or imprisoned for a period up to five years or both."
The 18 U.S Code, statute 1708 defines a mail theft offender as anyone who uses fraud, deception or stealing to obtain any mail matter, such as a package, bag, postal card, letter or any article or thing contained therein from any authorized route, carrier or mail depository.    The description also covers anyone who buys, conceals, destroys or unlawfully possesses such mail knowing it was obtained illegally.
Under U.S. federal law, any theft or receipt of stolen mail is a felony, irrespective of the monetary value of the item in question.   Mail theft is reported as the leading white-collar crime in the United States.

the house across the lane is for sale.  i've spent every day for the passed 8 years admiring that house.  its listed for 700,000 but it only appraises for 600 with zillow and 300 with trulia -- trulia is way off because the small house with no garage and no pool, that is on much less land sold for 300, six months ago.    my guess is the value is around 500, but if the buyer doesn't do any research like the guy behind us didn't, they might get 700.  especially if its someone from the northeast, realtors always have a good time with people from up there because they have no clue at all what real estate goes for around here and don't seem to really check.    why in the world do they act like that.  it costs 100 per month to have that lawn done, unless the front acreage is done by the owner and just the smaller piece where the house sits is done by a landscaper and then its around $25 per month.  the smaller piece is a difficult lawn to do, its on a dune and most of it is done with a weed wacker.  no photos are posted yet, but would love to see it.  it sits next to a strip of public land (so no neighbor on that side) and its basically a dead end on the lane.  there is still a neighbor on the opposite side though.  i mentioned it to s and he wasn't thrilled on it.  he claims we still have a twin to the house in lausanne, in huelva from 2009.   how does he keep track of all that stuff?  he probably doesn't, just has it in his files?  not sure.  he doesn't work much though so less to keep track of in general.  your brain can only hold so much information.  can't trust a computer with it - anything in computers always seems to get lost completely.
its about 55 degrees outside and its night.  have the heat cranked to 81.  yum!  i'm at the house up north.
