Happy About 35
Today is Thursday. It is a calm day. I didn't sleep at all last night so it's good that it's a calm day.
Weather is cooling off so the air should get better. The San Joaquin Valley looks terrible, and has looked terrible for about a week. Usually we can see the Coast Range from our home in the Sierra foothills, but not this week. Ugh.
My niece just had a 9 pound 11 ounce baby boy. That sounds painful. But I think she had a c-section. That still sounds painful.
I love babies. They smell so good. Oh man, I can hold them for hours and just listen to them breathe and coo. And they wrap their tiny fingers around your finger and you feel like wow, but a very calm wow. Amazing little human beings. I love to lay babies on my tummy while they sleep, they feel like love.
Just rambling this morning 'cause my brain is not really working. Sometimes it's fun to just ramble.
I will be happy when the election is over. I keep hearing the same stuff over and over and over. I guess they keep saying it for those just tuning in. That's all I have to say about that.
I guess I'll go get my calm day going . . .

Hi Dee, nice to see your post, I love rambling, and I can ramble for hours so keep it up. I too love babies, and they are quite comfortable on my big belly LOL LOL. But it has been a long time since we had one aournd here,. My granddaughter likes to use my belly for a pillow when we watch movies together so life is good.

Thanks, I hope I sleep better tonight too. One night in a row isn\'t too bad, but I might get kinda cranky any more than that.
