Happy About 27

Today is Wednesday. Wow that went quick. What went quick? Life is going by quick. Like the quick brown fox who jumped over the blah blah blah. Just writing with nothing particular in my head to get to my fingers to type.
My niece wrote on facebook about sometimes she sucks at this life thing. Man, I know I do. Sometimes I get it right, but not too often. You would think the older you get the better you would get. But stuff comes from a totally unseen place to just blast you. Lots of people replied to my niece that she doesn't suck at life, it sucks her. Which also makes sense. It can really hammer you. Thinking about 9-11 and our ambassador to Libya that just got murdered. Can't everyone just play nice? Awwww. Screaming. Kinda helps. But this is a happy journal so . . .
Got some hits on my blog. Mostly from facebook family and friends. So it's nice to know people are reading it. My brother asked me to keep on writing, which made me feel good.
I liked something Michelle Obama said about her daughters. Paraphrasing: You love 'em and you try not to mess 'em up. So much how I feel about my own children. They are adults now, and I'm sure I did plenty of things that weren't perfect, wrong even. I do love them. I love the humans that they are and that they are becoming.
This month is the month of my oldest daughter's birthday. September 30th. She would have been 34 this year. My Amy had cerebral palsy. She was in a wheelchair all of her 13 short years. She taught me so much about life, but it's been too long since I have talked to her and held her. I am forgetting those much needed lessons. I miss her every day. And every day I am glad I had 13 years with her. I am sad without her in my life. I am happy she was my life.
The end for today.
