Happy About 22

I got my infusion yesterday. It was interesting. My husband is learning how to give them to me so we don't have to pay the nurse to come and do it (no insurance). The nurse was really great. My husband is super smart, so he will learn quickly. We are thinking about 4 times with the nurse here, and he'll be ready. I'm happy I got my infusion and it went well, although I feel a little sick to my stomach today.
My daughter just called me. She was out running with her 4-year-old. He was in the jogging stroller. She is amazing. She got her RN license and is looking for work. She has 2 jobs - part time. One is giving flu vaccinations at WalMart. The other is going to people's homes with MS and helping them with their medications. Her husband got his BA in psychology and he is a service coordinator. Basically he works with kids and adults on a one-to-one basis to help them work through life issues. He is such a good listener. I have found myself telling him stuff that later I think "I told my son-in-law that?" Haha.
It is nice that all the kids have bachelor's degrees, and JoJo has an RN along with a BA. That is a very good feeling.
This happy about is getting much easier. I am finding it easier to think of happy stuff. When I first started I would just sit here in front of the computer and stare. I read on one of the posts in our COPD group that it was just as easy to think of good stuff as bad. I wasn't quite in that mode but it made sense. So, anyways, it seems to be working for me. I feel much happier more of the time. And that just feels good.
