Happy About 10
Okay, wow. This will be my 10th happy about. Yay for me.
Talked to my granddaughter for about an hour yesterday. She is precious. She likes to talk about interesting stuff. I love how she processes information and learns. I do wish they lived closer.
I think we are getting my mom's situation settled. She wants to stay in her home - who doesn't - and I think we have it worked out so she can. She is 90 years old and needs some live-in care. She is probably the sweetest person I know. There are 8 siblings so it isn't always easy to figure stuff out. We all have our own opinions and we pretty much all think ours is the best (only) one. But push comes to shove, we love our mom and each other. Dad's been gone for about 10 years. 'Nuff said. Mom sounds happy.
