Hanging in there

Day 3 on Lexapro and I can say I am doing better.  Started taking it Friday AM.  Took a Xanax around lunch time due to severe panic attack and shortly after was fine.  Friday evening I went to bowling and felt about as normal as I have felt in a long time.  Yesterday was pretty good.  Got really really sleepy last night and a little shaky but not bad, no Xanax.  So today is day 3 and praying for normal.  Appetite is a little better.  Stomach is a little better.
Have a birthday party to go to at noon with family.  Have to drive over the double decker bridge but I feel good.  Things were so scary for me that I would just think about flying in July to San Diego and get panicky!  So far, the last 3 days, this has not happened.  I am very tired this AM thought, maybe due to turning clocks forward 1 hr for Daylight Savings?
Only exercise last week was Zumba on Sunday.  May try to go to Zumba this aftenoon at 5pm if I get back from this party on time.  This week's focus is to eat healthy and try to get in a couple of days exercise and start getting back into a routine again.  Maybe take the dog for a walk a few times.  Take it slow, you know?  Calories this week were in the 1400 range and I lost a lb in spite of no exercise.  Steps are really bad.  Again, will try to do Wii Walk It out or walk the dog a few times this week and try to start picking that back up.  My crocuses are blooming and Spring is next week!  Thank God!

:( my crocuses are still under a foot of snow!
So glad you are feeling better. Good idea to start back with the exercise slow and see how you feel.

Glad the Lexapro is starting to kick in and that things are getting better for you - here is hoping that they will keep going in that direction.

Take care
