hallelujah

I actually got to sleep before 3 a.m. the past two nights.  Today I actually feel like there is hope for me yet.
***
One day at a time, of course.
***
Naturally, I'm not sure why I slept.  What did I do differently?  etc. etc.
***
Went to get a badly needed hair cut this afternoon.  Super short.  I got everything cut off except the gray.  I look like the non-celebrity version of Jamie Lee Curtis.  I'm glad I'm 50 and not caught up in what I think other people think about me.
***
My kids might freak a little bit.  I hope over the years they've learned from me to not be concerned about what other people think.
***
The lady that cut my hair said all I needed was some Activia and I would look just like Jamie Lee.   haha
***
It's straw hat weather so if I get a little anxious I can always throw on my hat!  But for now I feel somewhat liberated.  Basically wash and go.
***
My legs have had their weak spells, but not my arms.  Now it's my arms.  Strange feeling.
***
Waiting for my daughter's blood work to come back to see if we can get some answers regarding her stomach issues.  The gurgling gut.
***
My son has a track meet today and it's actually nice-ish weather.  The past four meets for my daughter have been FREEZING!  He was only 1 second off the school record for the 400 meters last week.  He's pretty nervous because he really wants to break it.  He has the record from last year on the 4 x 400 relay team, and the medley relay team.  This is for an individual record.  Maybe my new hairdo will scare him and he will run faster than fast.
***
carry on.

Wow, great news, Katy. I have been thinking of you and your sleep issues, I know how something like that can wear a person down. Now if only we knew what it was that helped you, we could build on the success.

Glad you got some sleep and a haircut! LOL You sound good in this entry!
I did not know you guys also have weakness....hmm....that is a huge problem for me too and have not been sure why. I may have to post something underthe CFS group about that now ( I have posted it under Addison\'s before).
Keep the hope Katy!
