Halfway there!

Halfway through the 90 day P90X program and still going strong, or should I say going stronger!  I have seen and felt improvements over the past few weeks.  I have lost 9 pounds since the start and have steadily increased the number of reps and weight amounts during my workouts.
Following the nutrition plan has been easy and surprisingly satisfying.  I realize you don't need to starve yourself on a diet to lose weight.  Just the opposite, eating healthy throughout the day, every three hours or so, will help keep the metabolism going.
Looking forward to Phase 3.  Bring it!
