Had a nightmare. My hemorrhoids are hurting me!

Had a dream that I went  to someone's reunion. The friend that I had in highschool was no longer my friend.  I got mad and was fighting with one of her friends. We were fighting with knives. And I hurt her friend really bad. They sent me to a mental institution where I was tried, and judged by the patients. The patients had knives and was judging me. As I was going home with my caretaker, a huge truck chased me back into the institution and told me that I could not leave. I wokeup at 5:36AM with pain with my hemorrhoids again!!!
