H-Y-S-T-E-R-I-C-A-L!!!!!!!!

OK, you peeps have heard me mention my DW.  Well, that is one I will never be able to deny. LOL  
Again, in the "beloved" mountains, we are receiving snow up and beyond our toes.  You can figure out where it is by now. LOL
Anyway, got stuck in the driveway trying to get out during the blizzard for much needed milk, bread, eggs, etc.  Older son, Jordan, pushed DW & I out.  Got to the store & hurried home before it got worse.
As I pulled in, and SUNK, back in the driveway, I noticed Jordan had attempted to plow the snow.  YES! PLOW THE SNOW!  The snow was so deep & heavy it really did not do a lot of good but he tried.
I sent DW on in as the cold tends to set off his asthma and I saw a patch of snow that needed shoveled off to reach the steps properly. No, I was not so stupid as to actually shovel with my neck & back.  I've learned a bit since I got hurt. LOL 
I took the shovel and just scraped a little layer by layer off until it was gone from in front of the steps and came inside.
Here's the HYSTERICAL PART.....
DW & Jordan are yelling back and forth through the house at each other and from what I could tell, Jordan was giving grief to DW for not doing the shoveling himself.  As I walked quietly through the door, DW is now taking his turn to yell and he states "JORDAN! YOU KNOW HOW SHE IS! SHE IS AS STUBBORN AS A CATHOLIC FIGHTING A JEHOVAH WITNESS!" And, yes, at this time, DW spots me in the doorway. ROFLOL  His eyes were as big as dinner plates and he immediately starts with "Mom, I'm sorry! I didn't mean for you to hear that." 
I just told him, as horrified as he was, "Son, never apologize for telling the truth.  You were telling the truth, I am stubborn. However, if you don't want people to hear what you are saying, you shouldn't speak the words." 
I love that boy!  He sure does have my number, my quick wit, and quick retort!
