H.O.P.E.
Hello SOTH.... Well tomorrow after work I'm going to WOMEN OF FAITH conference with 2 very dear friends, Sheryl & Jonnel. Sheryl lost her son 3 years ago so she is all too familiar with the heart ache of a mom without her child. Anyway it will be a positive, uplifting, encouraging time....the music and speakers are all so good and I am so looking forward to it.
I read something the other day that helps me to remember there is HOPE in this tremendous pain I often feel. H = HOLD O = ON P = PAIN E = ENDS....Hold On Pain Ends....Now I know the pain doesn't end, but as my sisters have told me, the pain gets better or we learn to live with the pain....sometimes I feel like I have no hope but I am Holding On every day and learning to live WITH the Pain.....the intense pain will end....I don't know...sometimes I read things that help me for the moment and I think that's what H.O.P.E. did for me today...
Praying for moments of peace for all of us...Love you all.....Vicki

Have a wonderful conference. It will really be fun going with friends!
I cherish the up days. I have made peace with the bad days. I still cry a lot but I probably always will. I enjoy life now and go with the flow. I know now that my bad feeling are temporary. It will get better.
Now my husband has a bit of trouble with me. He gets worried when he sees me crying. He so desperately wants me to be happy. I just tell him that I am fine \"I was thinking\". Yes, we do learn to live with the pain; no it won\'t go away but we do the best we can do, one step at a time.
I am looking forward to hearing about the conference.
Love and hugs,
Marlene

Enjoy your conference. Keep on with HOPE. I think of the poster of the cat holding on to the branch w/ its body hanging. That comes to mind holding on to hope.....
