Guit-chi Report
Among the more active bubbles in my psycho pot is "Music Therapy." New name needed. As I understand it, "Music Therapy" currently means youtube links. I like youtube, also, but I learned "music therapy" in the mid to late 60's as a solution to a severe speech defect. It worked and has grown like a toxic people landfill, but it utilized/utilizes live instruments, including voice. "Instrument Therapy" seems to be the most easily understood of the new names I have tested, but it still requires more explanation than is good for casual conversation.
Anyhoo. . .
The Guit-chi Report is one of the spin-offs which doesn't seem to want to go away. In the noisy space between my strictly personal ears, it has grown to a daily psych inventory item.

Lots of missed notes and pitches, but the songs are all there. Just sing.

This is something that I really struggle with as well Arf and it sux…….
A friend of mine who really struggles with guilt interrupts it with...."instead I will take a blessing from the universe thankyou' and will keep repeating it until she interrupts the negative loop
