Guilt about taking meds

I've had an anxiety disorder since beginning menopause 10 yrs. ago & take a daily lexapro. When this 1st began, I also took .125 mg clonazepam, but now just take it very rarely to help sleep. Lately, I have had anxiety so bad that I need to take this during the day at work, but feel so guilty about it.  Just need some reassurance that it's ok.  Sometimes I just can't calm down, no matter how much I pray & believe.  Any thoughts or similar stories would be so appreciated! Thanks!
