GUESS WHAT!!

Ladies, guess what?? I applied through the wrong loan company!!!!!!!! Even if we would have been approved, they don't accept that finance company at my RE"s!! CRAZY!! HOW DID I USE THE WRONG WEBSITE TO APPLY FOR THE WRONG FREAKIN LOAN. Well one is called medicalloan.com and the other is medicalfinancing.com. I had previously checked out the first,and when I seen the pamphlet in my RE's office, I was like Oh it's the same one. Well, I went to my RE's website to call and cancel everything and confirm it, I realize that it wasn't even the right one!! So to make a long story short, we got approved through the other company BUT we need a co-signer to make it final! They want 700 and up and we are like mid 650's good grief!! So we are going to ask my aunt. THe operator was so nice, she said we will try and finalize with just us BUT she couldn't promise. She was adament about us getting a co-signer to really get us approved in a hurry. So we aren't out yet. I will find out everything on Monday. We might still be able to do this!!!
