Guess I need that. (and I'm feeling much better!)

My little ramble yesterday was just what I needed to get myself back in line.   Today, I'm more optimistic, more energized, more focused on moving forward!  I CAN DO THIS!!!  I've decided that the way I'm going to build up my self-esteem again is to really focus on getting ready for this mountain bike race in September.   It's going to take courage, going to take strength and determination, going to take fighting through lots of my doubts.   But that's what life's all about, right?

Gotta run if I'm going to fit in my workout this morning.... LATER!

You know I\'m also learning that dealing with my upcoming divorce and the grief surrounding it all comes in waves. Or has it\'s own tides.

But even now since I have fallen out of love with my husband it\'s getting easier and I\'m much less emotionally invested in his actions.

Ugh... I\'m still in love with mine. And I think I always will be. But oh so disappointed in him, his behavior, and it\'s definitely not safe to be around him. So what\'s left is where I\'m focusing... ME as an individual.

I\'m so glad to see you have bounced back. In this journey of divorce and healing, sometimes you just have to take those days of sadness, wallow in them, and then promise yourself a better day tomorrow. Looks like that\'s what you did. Kudos to you!
