Grumpier old man...

Well  I aint got much to say fur me self.... see the day after christmas...ooops....nope it was the day after the day after Christmas...My son and his  wife... invite me and dj  to supper....Okay  it free hot food.... Yummy I'm there... jeesh  side walks are all ice and slickery...so I kinda skate over to the stepps of their appartment... and climb those long dark narrow step stairs  to  stuff my face...and cause ya know... make folks feel good when ya visit  em in their own home....So there I bee... playin with my grandson... while jr and dj  playin some kinda card...  It was a nice visit... and now they have a real nice  couch  that is really nice for me... I can sit and enjoy thier company without being in pain...and  well like  all good things that come to an  end... it was time go  home...so I take off down them dark narrow ask stepps stairs ...  one at a time real  slow and careful like... till I  get to the bottom... wouldin you know it that last step it moved...YEPP... I missed it... plum... My big old pontiac buttom is tryin to pass  without signaling... and some how I manage to  twist around and catch myself before I fall down and  bust someting....Oh  dang... maybe I  should of just bounced...  cause later that nite.... all hail broke loose ....  my back just took me to a pain level i for got ever existed...so being the  bright level headed kinda person  I is...  I scream and fight with thepain for  three days...  on  newyears day.... Iwent   to  the emigency room....  yepp......  they gave me a valum ( can't spell it but hey...magic pill  fur sure)   did  a  mir of my  hip.. andtold   me to take these pills and take iteasy  for  a few more days...  today is the 6 of jan...  I'm  greatly improved...  not quite outta the water  yet... but I can  sit   on  the edge of the pool   for a while... So I thought I'd let Ya'lll know  I'm  here... see some lite at  the  end  of the   tunnell...(hope it aint a  train)gotta go now   been sittin here too long...  best wishes  Russ.....
