ground hog day

Same ol', same ol'  - T wanted to come home from school again.  I said no - he tempted to leave school again.  Assistant Principal saw him getting his coat on ready to bolt.  He stopped him and told him he wanted to check his pockets.  He found a urine bottle with urine in it.  Said he was giving his clean test to a friend who needed a clean drug screen and he's sticking by his story.  Guess the bong wasn't a bong.  I haven't showed it to anyone but his counselor asked me to describe it for them (I went in a session w/T and his counselor).  I did and I guess it isn't one.  I will find out.  T insists he isn't using and said he's just been feeling sick (sore throat).  I believe he doesn't feel well but I told him as long as he doesn't come home from school and stays out - I have a difficult time he's really that sick.   Apparently it was quite a scene at school and hubby ended up picking him up at school.  Lots a phone calls back and forth between the asst. prin., the PO, counselor and case worker.  At first it bothered me that husband got him but he said the asst. prin. thanked him and said that T drew enough attention to this latest stunt.  I just can't believe how bold he is - particularly if he isn't using.  I could not bring myself to tell T in front of his counselor about the instant message I read.  I want to monitor it a bit more because the other "red flags" were explained away.  Maybe he isn't using but......if that is the case -- he could still get violated.  And if it isn't treatment he needs I hate to think of the alternative!
