Grief and Life

It's interesting how life "moves on" while grief can be such a part of my existence...
I have thought little of Jackie and her suicide lately...  I have been extremely busy with a 48 hour shift at my job and five classes at the Red Cross for the upcoming disaster season...
I cried and cried night before last regarding Vincent's death...  It never ceases to surprise me when thoughts of his passing overwhelm me, and the tears flow...  The grief and guilt build to a point wherein my tears are so very silent but scream of what is occuring in my mind and soul...
To this day, I continue to recognize him as the love of my life...  To this day, I cannot believe he is dead...
It is so very important for me to stay away from the trivial bullshit which occurs in daily life... It is vital I share about my thoughts and feelings to people who are safe for me and supportive of me...  Keep myself protected and shrouded in light, energy, and love...
This is a very difficult world in which to find a semblance of humanity...

In truth, annecleaver... That is not a thought I wish to have at this time, but I assure you, one is definitely in order in the next few years... xoxoxo

you should at least congratulate yourself to be able to go on, despite what you went through in the past, and what you are dealing with now.

my late reply, cause I\'m not as good as being able to keep going, with less ordeals than what you are dealing with.

good luck!
