Grey Hair
Just read that young people are dying their hair grey. It's a trend. Just thinking how wonderful it would have been if this trend had been around when I was young. I started greying at 14. People used to stare, so I started dying it at 18 and never looked back. Back in the 70s the stuff was runny and smelled horrible. I've spent hours dying my hair, sitting in salons, only to see the grey reappear two weeks later. Now, it's stylish, but I'm too old to go grey. Before I was too young to go grey.
Nowadays, young people are dying their hair blue too. That used to be for old ladies in my day.
Oh, and finally, do you think one day overweight people will be considered stylish? Picture it--tons of size 0 young people trying to fatten up. I would love it because the only weight I've lost so far is called a barbell.

it is called Ruebenesque.....look it up....it looks like I might have spelled it wrong...but the whole thing is an art movement that they had fat body women naked or just fat bodied women...
My beard is getting white now.....greyish white....
I think I can relate to this. I shave my hair off every day and see young people doing this, another taboo in the 70\'s.
Let\'s bring it back, Bill. Of course, I\'ll have to lose weight to qualify.
It\'s still fashionable in other cultures - I had a colleague ask if I would date \"ethnic\" because they supposedly like their women with curves! Lol.
As for dye, I\'ve decided to let mine go natural from here on. It will look like heck as it grows out, but I\'ve had enough of the chemicals and the hassle.
I am covered by both catagories. I think i have had every normal colored hair color. Now I just try to keep the grays at bay. Good thing my daughter in law is a beautician. Best color job ever. I Still crab when the temples get gray in 2 weeks. She says gray hair doesn\'t like to hold color. Still not gray enough to not color it. Lord what we go thru. As to weight, don\'t even want to go there (lol).
LOL...got the weight, got the grey (really more white) and a funny thing happened the other day, I stopped in a cafe to eat and there were a couple of ladies in there and they wanted to know who had high lighted my hair as they\'d like to go there and get theirs done ....had to laugh as I told them, sorry, it is my natural hair color.....God or mother nature done it....
