I joined this site because I wanted to expand my network of support and this seems like a great place to start.
To give you an idea about who I am:
First and foremost, I am a mum of two kiddos ~ one 22-year-old son and a 15-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes 24/7. I celebrated a milestone birthday not long ago (*cough*50*cough*), which makes it increasingly more difficult to maintain that I'm still only 29 (the laughter gets louder every year).
My friends describe me as genuine, creative, compassionate, silly, kind, positive, caring and a great listener. I'm very active throughout social media and have friends scattered in every corner of the globe. I'm never bored and always busy with projects, but mostly devote time to helping others in abusive situations, as part of the Outreach service I co-founded.
