I couldn't pull up a smiley yesterday after learning of my co-worker's brother's passing. Today I am feeling better & am grateful that I am in relatively good shape to help Chris and her family. I will text Chris & tell her that she at least doesn't have to worry about work. I will keep her caught up. I work in a school. I'm the Mental Health Coordinator. Many of the staff and managers are going to attend Bill's wake.

We will all be here to lift you up as you provide strength to your co-worker and her family. Sometimes we have to dig really deep when we are trying to help another through a time of great loss for it brings back so much for us,I will be thinking and praying for you in the days ahead.
