Green Smiley Monday
My green smiley for today is no more struggling to use my Blackberry to chat with my dear friends on FMO and DS. My SIL upgraded her laptop and gave me her old one. I have now officially plunged headlong into the 90's and am online at home' lol.
I also am grateful for a day off to use the internet and a sunny day to go for a walk & tend to the garden. So I am looking forward to happy (or even sad) chatting with all of you.
Thank you for your support on my last journal entry. Today so far has been gentler.

Happy for the lappy and the garden too! I can\'t believe you did all that from a Blackberry! Medal of honor! I feel like the most recent storm has passed... sadly we know there will be more but a bit of calm can help us recover... and connect with the world a little, again.

Yay!! I find it hard to use the phone for the internet. For one thing the screen is sooooo small!! The sun always helps.

WOW....upgraded and all....can\'t beat that! I am going to \"give up\" my computer starting on Maunday Thursday and not get back on it until Mon. after Easter. Pray for me.....just wanted you to know so that you won\'t think I am ignoring you. It is a fasting kind of thing. Yay! I\'m very happy for your upgrading to a laptop. I\'m all for making our lives easier whenever possible (and affordable!). I am sure the laptop will make for easier chattability (yes, it is fun to make up our own words sometimes...!). Glad you are feeling better Linda, and taking a sunny day off to just relax a bit!

You go girl - I still have the \"old\" cell phone - no internet - in fact my girls tried to show me how to text on it & gave up because I was so slow & said they would call me instead - now I won\'t have to find my glasses to read a phone!!! I am thinking I got what I wanted after all. Hugs, Ann
