Green Smiley Monday
I am thankful that I had a safe flight and now I am in Ottawa with my beautiful granddaughter and her dad. It is always hard coming here, and more so this time because I knew they have been redecorating. I was afraid Lisa's touch would be gone. It is different but Lisa's image is still very apparent. I have this irrational fear that people are going to forget her. I know it is silly but I just can't help it.
So it has been a good Monday.

I think that I have that fear too. Thank you for sharing it so I know it\'s just another one of the \'normal\' things we go through. Andy\'s artwork is all over my house and if anyone thinks I\'m taking it down now, they have another think coming!

I think we all fear that...but even people that I don\'t see often will tell me how often they think of Alex. My nephew named his new business after him...and it will be 4 years in May...she will NOT be forgotten. Love and gentle hugs...Karen

Your daughter will never be forgotten because she is carried in your heart and in those who love her. Yet, I certainly do understand what you are describing my friend. Sometimes we each do torture ourselves with irrational fears like our children being forgotten ~ I think the best solution when that thought enters your head is to literally stop and tell yourself how ludicrous that thought is. Would it be possible for the law of mathematics to forget that there is a number \"3\"? Absolutely not! And it is equally impossible for you, your family, Lisa\'s friends or even the earth itself to forget that there is a precious soul named \"Lisa\" and always will be!
