GREAT DAY! love when that happens! 83 degrees and sunny//european cafe with j//spa//great coffee

ALWAYS run for it.   In England they call this a bolter.  That would be me.   If its bad/evil, I'm gone as soon as I can get out of there and even then its not fast enough.  You only live once.  You are only young once.  And you only have your health for a while - for some people, a shorter time than others.       
 

 






 

 
had a thoroughly good day.  forgot what its like when its like this because it had gotten so hectic for so long - couple of years now actually.  still miss the woods they demolished on the road coming in here and across the canal (what a WASTE).  but at least it was quiet today.  yay.  

it began good.  sun out shining.  83 degrees.  wood toads are out as well, so i am assuming summer is here, though its north florida so its more like spring, because it cools at night when its "spring" here.  

brought back the pet armour plus to a different walmart who just happened to have pet action plus for $15 on sale.  yay!  so i got TWO pet action plus de-flea for 1/3 what it costs for frontline plus, same product.  hope it works this year.  and twelve cheaper than the pet armour plus.   shut my phone so it would re-set and actually knew to do this for a change.  lol.   happy spring.  

met j at the european cafe, there is one north of here and one south of here.  their coffee is just as good as starbucks regular coffee (which is the only starbucks coffee dark/rich blend) that i like.  and they have free refill.  also had THE BEST apple strudel (they claim is in-house made) i have ever had.  yum!  hope i remember to send it in for a review, it really is that good.  they need to work on the building though.  our church should talk to them about doing a german festival with their great foods, dancing, the bells thing, and just regular carnival like they do for italian foods.  have no idea if german descent is big here though?  but i don't know any italians here either, except for c.  

went to the spa, which is always fabulous.  get this, so slough the skin in the shower.  the dead skin comes out white, clean, you are done.  go into the sauna.  slough the skin in the sauna and it comes out grey.  that grey is the dirt in the POURS.  yuck!  people should sauna daily if they really want to get in their pores and be clean.  have probably seen this before but i forgot by now.  what a difference.  

so i get this note at my office from one of the workers and he signs it with this as the date:  10/19/1950.  wth?????  lol.  i am assuming its a birthdate.  or i don't know what.  amazing.  i really need to take classes in gerontology before this growing old thing and its side effects drives me batty.  seriously.  

d's son is at Brown this year and looks like a different person.  was stunned by the transformation.  lol.  thrilled for him though.  the saying to that goes, if you got in here, you belong here.
