Great Day- Birthday

I had a my 3 ultrasound yesterday and our little bean looks great measuring at 9w 1d. We even got to watch him move around and he waved his little arm buds at us. It was the cutest thing I have seen. I know many of you are thinking just wait that is nothing and trust me I can't wait until we get to hear the heartbeat, learn the sex, etc!! We have a little less then  2 1/2 weeks until 12 weeks which will be a huge milestone. I have a little anxiety about stopping my meds on Saturday, they will continue monitoring my levels which is nice but it is still a little scary to have the security blanket ripped out of my hands. I h.a.t.e. the shots, patches and suppositories but it also gives me a little piece of mind to have them on board. My next appointment is scheduled for 5 weeks but I'm so thankful that my doctor has been on this journey with us and his wife is a friend so I have an open invitation to come in for an u/s if I ever need the reassurance which is so nice. Today is my birthday and my parents are coming to take me and hubby out to dinner. We decided that we will be telling them tonight which is exciting. We haven't told a sole and it is killing me! The only problem is making sure my mom keeps her lips sealed until we tell my sister on Sunday. I hope she can do it!
