Great book

I was out at a dollar store and came across their books I thought how good could they be. I found one that jumped out at me. "It's not your fault" I thought humm read the back cover and went really its about being abused and how to over come the trauma and have questions answered and be inspired really. I thought why not for $1.25  so took it home. I am the type that cant really read chapter books nor finish a book.. But this book I was unable to put down, and was moved by it and now feel better about my thoughts and have some understandings that I have always had on my mind. I have somethings to work on, but if I didnt read this book I would never have known.
I would suggest anyone to read this book that has been abused its more on sexual abuse, and it say its for teens to early adult but really I see it as anyone can relate and benefit from.
I also noticed on the back the price it would normally be sold for at other stores, being 22 dollars canadian... Right away I went I would have paid that! So I got a great deal on this book. So I am going to pay it forward, I sent the book to a friend for her to use and with instruction to keep it going forward and never backwards. So the book should travel alot and be used to help others.
We need to share what helps or people will be left behind not knowing how to get where you are.
