Gratitude - week 2
2/26/14: today I am grateful for the rain. We have really been needing it here and it smells so fresh and clean!
2/27/14: the view from my bedroom window - by day I see trees, birds, and airplanes. By night, lights and stars. I can hear the trains, and the sirens, and life.
2/28/14: my sister-in-law (Mark's sister). For her sense of humor, regardless of the topic. Inheritances really should not be laughing matters.
3/1/14: is it okay to say I am grateful for whiskey? I love the taste, the feel, and sometimes the pain relief it offers.
3/2/14: Rachel (child #5, daughter #3). For making me live in the present, watching the Oscars, and playing her game. :)
3/3/14: random words of kindness from strangers.....twice today a man called me beautiful. Made my day!!!
3/4/14: solitude. I am so grateful that I can find time to really be ALONE. Quite often, I do not want to be around people, including my children. Thank goodness for doors!
