GRANDMA\'s Aerobics Advanced Class

OK, like my drs are all preaching "Get more exercise" then when I ask how with the neck/upper back problems and the PD/PND, and the Chronic Fatigue they look at me as if I'm 3 headed and say "Do the best you can."   So, last nite watched my beloved grandson Joshua so Mom & Dad could have a date nite.  Oh, it was lovely!!  We were in the rocking chair watching his fav cartoons and he's just about to doze off as so am I.  Now ain't that grand?  Nothing better than snuggling a babe.....explains why I have 4, doesn't it? Anyway, just about to go la-la-land and BOOM!  He threw up everywhere....all down my right side, all over himself, all over the floor, all over the chair, all over the side table.  Get the picture?  MT ST HELENS I tell you.  OK, go wash child, redress.  Go clean myself, redress.  Hubby walks in about this time so give child to him.  Scrub down the chair, side table & carpet.  (Incidentally had just steam cleaned ALL carpeting a day or 2 ago!) So grandpa is holding him while I clean on hands & knees.  Wave two, same as first, except gramps is holding him sitting on the love seat.  More bathing, more carpeting, more laundry from gramps. OK, now after 4 kids, this is not, repeat not a new experience.  So get a towel to put in front of baby as gramps holds him. I am NOW CLEANING HALF THE CARPETING IN THE LIVING ROOM! Baby goes off again.....thank God for the towel.  Carpet & gramps saved but more laundry. Finally call parents to let them know to pick up Pedialite. The funniest of this all is whilst I am bathing Joshua, I pulled the plug when done and he put it back. So I let him play a bit.  The he began taking the cup and filling it with water, pulling the plug and pouring the cup water down the drain and then quickly replacing the plug so as not to let the water out.   ROFLOL  ROFLOL  Hmmmm, ain't that optimism?  Work hard and believe that all will be well.  ROFLOL OK, SO, I don't endorse these "aerobics" but yes my back knows I did my "exercises" last nite. Love & hugs to all.

Just when you think it\'s safe to have new furniture the \"grands\" arrive! But I know we wouldn\'t trade em for the Taj Mahal, even with all the upchuck.
Whatever he had I hope you don\'t catch it!

Quit hoping, doll, I got it and so does youngest son (11) and so does grandson\'s mom. SHEEZ! I think God should have created an in built law that once you is a momma, you never get nothing to make you ill! Of course, He didn\'t ask my opinion.
