Grandpa

Thanks Everyone
I would like to take the time and say thank you to my ds family for the prayers and phone calls during this time. I lost my granddaddy yesterday around lunch time and this isn't been easy on me. I would like to tell everyone a little about my granddaddy. My granddaddy was the best man I have ever known!! He wasn't just my granddaddy he was my best friend and my hero!! My granddaddy taught me so many amazing things in life!! He used to take me rabbit hunting and to the flea markets and to do so many amazing things. My granddaddy was truly the most amazing man I have ever met. He always took me with him everywhere he went and always did things with me. The last 4 years have been the hardest of my life. I said my final goodbye to him June 23,2011. I told him if he was tired and he wanted to go home that he could and I wouldn't be mad. I gave him a millions kisses and held his hand. I know he knew I was there even though he didn't move or talk and he had tubes down his throat and wasn't alert. I told my uncle David that my granddaddy wouldn't make it a week and today would have been a week. He passed away and went home to the lord yesterday at lunch time. This is by far the hardest thing I have ever done in my life and I will never forget this pain as long as I live. The lord sure did bless me 20 years ago with the best granddaddy anyone could ever want or ask for. I have so many memories of granddaddy and I stand proud when I say he was and always be my hero. It deeply saddens me to say my final goodbyes this weekend but I will do it with my head held high because he was the most amazing man in the entire world. The sweet lord needed him to be an angel and that's where he is right now. I know the lord assigned my granddaddy to be guardian angel and to watch over me. Granddaddy I would like to say thank you for being the most amazing man in the world. I love you
