Graduation Day!

I have completed all three phases of P90X.  What an awesome program this is!  I have lost about 14 pounds and an inch or two from my waistline.  Probably could have lost more except that I didn't follow the nutrition program as strictly as I did in Phase I and II.  Not to mention the strength I have gained in this short amount of time.
 
It is a total lifestyle change for me mentally and physically.  This product is worth every penny.  My investment in the P90X DVDs will pay me back for many years to come in the form of health and well being.
 
In fact, I plan on starting over from the beginning on Monday, June 14th, after a birthday weekend celebration that will include pizza and beer!
