Gout detector

Finally starting to feel normal again, Gout is no joke, I'm trying to figure out what exactly triggers it for me, I eat pretty good and clean but I think I might have to lessen even more of my sugar intake, I usually bake for friends and I taste the cake batter and sometimes use a large mixing spoon to do so..lol Well no more eating cake batter, no more ketchup, pickles, lemon juice, excessive use of my crackjuice OceanSpray Cran Mango and whitepeach, bread, this shit sucks,,
