Got to talk with a Dr who listens

So today I saw my Primary Care Dr. He is a sweet old man who is not politically correct. And it makes him easy to talk to, relaxed.
He said that although my neck looks good, until it actully looks like a scar, it is NOT healed yet, especially on the inside. He said that my being tired is expected and that I should continue to expect to want to take daily naps for at least another month if not two.
What else, I have lost six pounds since the surgery. Also, until the Drs are 100% done with everything they want to do with my cancer, my spinal reconstructive surgery is on HOLD. Darn, I have been waiting almost a year to get that done. I guess I have to wait one more.
With no spinal surgery in sight, we got my pain meds straightened out and the Dr says they won't interfere with the RAI and vice versa.
He says that the hormones I am currently on are T3 so I will only have to be off them for a few days before the RAI.
Lots of information that wore me out. Came home and crashed for three hours.
