Got my Pills!
Today I got my pills, finally. It turns out that my old psych takes my insurance and I have an appointment on the 9th. She gave me enough to get to that point since I know she is going to change my pills so I'm only getting a bit and not too much left over. I'm just glad I got them.. I went without one this morning, so it was urgent to get them. But I got them and that's the important part. Geo got his Christmas present today... I got him a video game he wanted. I'm letting him play it now instead of making him wait. I don't know what he's getting me... I guess I'm going to be surprised. He can give awesome gifts. I asked him for a watch and he got this awesome watch that I wore until it broke. I want to get it fixed.. the band fell apart. And for his friend Heather is a HUGE Dr. Who fan and so he got an autograph of her favorite Doctor with her name on it. She was screaming and crying she loved it so much. There's no way Geo can beat that for Heather. but I'm looking forward to getting something from him. Next year we are both going to start putting $50 each in the car fund because it's empty now. We can't eat out fast food a lot, and that's where most of my income went to. The last appointment Geo had he gained 2 pounds. That may not seem like a lot, but he had the surgery and should have lost 10 pounds, so it's like he gained 12 pounds. He sees the nutritionist later this month and I hope he gets a good talking-to. I talked with my boss today about getting a permanent position and not just wait for her to call. She wants me to come in Thursday at 1:30, so we will see what she needs to do. I need a reason to get out of the house. I'm getting worse and worse, and I know it's because I'm not keeping up my routines. Now that I know I can jog, I'm going to go out more. It gets me closer to running, which I miss so much. Just some pumped up music, my thoughts and the pavement. Maybe even no music. I just love running, and I'm going to train eventually for a marathon. I was supposed to do a half marathon a couple years ago but it was too intense for me. but I have all the workouts that need to be done leading up to it, like a guide. I'm keeping it and when it is time I will do it. Sorry for the mis-match journal... just my thoughts coming out. *hugs* to all!

Run all you can! I am 50 and my back is bad so I can run anymore. My 23 yr old goes to the gym alot, but he smokes sometime so, I try to tell him to try chewing gum. I use a vapor cig so I dont smoke cigarettes anymore. I used to work out alot, but just dont have the desire. My husband walks. Keep up the good work. I am really trying to count my calories. I use a app, basic calories, I am trying to loose 35 to 40 lbs. Its not easy. Keep running!:)
odd that he gained weight after the surgery? and nice that you gave him his game to enjoy early. geo sounds very thoughtful.

I used to run but stopped after high school because I had really bad shin splints. I\'m recovered so I want to start up again
