GOT MY HEARING DATE!!
Hurray!!!! My attorney called this morning and told me the Judge had finally posted a hearing date for my SSI Disability! I have a hearing in Baltimore on Dec.8th!!! it only took them 3 years to get to this point... My file has been on the Judges desk since June 1st of this year. I have had 2 turn downs and had to go through the waiting period for the hearing. My attorneys swear I have an excellent case and should be no problem. It will just be a matter of how much I get...at a full disability I can get $1704.00 a month but I doubt if I will get that. I would be happy with 2/3 of that!

This is wonderful news Denny. I will be thinking of you on December 8. At least 2010 will bring some good news for one of my friends for a change. Can\'t say about my own family. Thumbs down on 2010!
