got caught in storm trying to go across the bay bridge. it was so bad had to turn around. lots of wind etc. scared myself to death!
went to dinner with j. awful. the chain we used to love for chicken parm isn't good ANYWHERE anymore. i'm going to write them a letter. used to be a fave. so sad - if its not broke, don't fix it.

I haven\'t had chicken parm in such a long time. & greenies and hugs hon
the chicken parm is almost soggy. it freaks me out as its one of those dinners that i try at every restaurant in case i find a good one. j says its because the chickens are factory farmed and full of chemicals....i think its the bread crumbs as well, its like its soggy instead of cooked on a skillet.
i shouldn\'t eat chicken anyway, i hear they are affectionate animals.
we still drove in the storm, we had to. i had to stop on the side and then noticed lots of cars were stopped on the side. then i saw someone turning around, i didn\'t know you could do that there, so did the turn into a dead end street, stopped in a trailer park driveway and waited it out.
the storm cleared but i was too shaken to try the bay bridge again, so i went west and went down the highway, then i drove INTO the storm again out there, but not as bad at all. its always better west, anything near the ocean is always more flooded and windier.
i hadn\'t gone home the night before, so here i was getting back at crazy hours again. it was dry by our house, but it started up again about an hour later. glad its over. still don\'t know what storm it was, but they said parts of central florida were still flooded the next day and expecting 3 more inches of rain. oh well, its florida, it happens.
You are sure getting some wild weather. Here it has been dry but the surrounding areas so much rain. Humid today. no winds. Richard is off to have another type of lung test. Have a great one. Love U
