Got a date
Well, We went to a scheduling hearing and we have dates. Final hearing is set for early August. I was hoping for it earlier but after hearing some of the lenghty dates other people are having I feel very fortunate, still somewhat sad (over 30 years). Stay positive stay positive, move on move om ....LOL If I can get stbx to sit down and dicuss property a settlement then we may be able to move thigs up. I will keep trying, we have a date to meet with the attys in late May but I hope we can do this on our own. She wants everything and she can have most of it. I only want a few things. We'll see. Nother subject. I don't know what the weather was like where you were today but here it was a little windy but sunny and getting warm again., .. Where are those shades....LOL Sunny and warm, a date set and what else could be better.....A note from friends, a call from family and a small glass of strawberry wine. Getting better every day.

I am proud of you! I can tell you that if you all can agree on everything, then the papers are just submitted to the judge and signed. Much faster that way. It sounds like you might be able to do that. Make sure you take care of yourself though..u deserve to have what means something to you as well. I hope it goes good for you. Beautiful day here - sunny and 75 - I actually pulled weeds in the yard today - now thats exciting isnt it!!! LOL - but it was a nice day to be outside. Hope you have a good weekend!

Was sunny earlier this week here too, but the clouds and rain are back for a day or two now.
