gosh darn it!

Agh, I'm finding it so difficult to log my progress lately. I haven't been doing BAD persay, but I haven't been doing GREAT either. I am happy to report that it has been 19 hours since my last cigarette, and I am not buying anymore.. I have noticed from the 2 other times I quit smoking (:-P) that once I start smoking again, my diet and exercise start to plummet soon after...  food:1 spinach artichoke souffle (panera) = 500coffee = 150 sweat:20 min walk
