Good pain bad pain

I think in life there is time of good pain and bad pain,,today was good pain .I played 4 hrs of pond hockey with my son and a few of his friends ,teens and adults. it was Canadian winter at its best ,,cold sunny ,,,crisp. The ice was fast and the fun just kept coming ,,,,but now the pain ,,,,my kness ,,,back ,arms ,,,legs ,,,, but this is good pain ,,,fun pain ,,,,the pain of a hangover ,,,,such  a waste ,,bad pain ,,,I will take good pain any day.
