Good news - bad news

Everyday I take a walk at Wallyworld or one of the big grocery stores in my area. I do this in order to get some exercise and to take my blood pressure and pulse rate at one of the machines by their pharmacies. Today my BP was great...for me. 128/82My pulse rate on the other hand was waaaay up. I thought that maybe the machine might be giving a flawed reading so I took it at a different location and got the same result. BP good...PR not so good...136. So tomorrow I go in to see my PCP to try and see why my pulse is racing like that. It has hovered at 100-105 for about a month but today's spike was surprising.  When I called it into the doctor's office, his nurse asked if I had shortness of breath. I told her that I am usually SOB lately but it's hard to figure out which of my ailments is the culprit. It seems that I am falling apart in my second childhood.  It's definitely indoor recesses for me for a little while. Thank goodness for the internet. A shutins best friend.  Hope that you all are doing great.Be well,Tom

One step forward and three steps back.

It\'s great to get out, but at the same time you have to watch how your body is handling it. I always love how the doctors sometimes tell you to stay in and relax and then tell you to get out and get some exercise. They always confuse me with those.

It\'s so hard to have multiple diseases that have similar symptoms. You can never be sure which one is acting up. Maybe it is all of them ganging up on you?

breathe, rest, and happy surfing,
